Went yesterday to get potting supplies for my fruit trees. I'm a frequent Lowe's customer (I LOVE gardening) but am new to the area so it was our first time at this location. Me and my husband were the only minorities shopping and were immediately racially profiled. I was followed closely by an older white female employee the entire time I was trying to shop, as if I could steal the two GIANT clay pots and two BIG bags of potting soil in my cart that I visibly could barely push. (I'm newly postpartum with complications) Kept staring me down the entire time (dirty look) and was not subtle about her literally following me everywhere. (right behind me every time I moved) It was embarrassing and belittling, especially since it was my first major outing since delivering because PP has been so rough. We ended up ended our shopping way earlier than we wanted to because I felt so uncomfortable and it was obvious she was profiling us. Definitely won't be coming back to this location. I deserve to shop somewhere that doesn't single me out based on my skin color.

Went to Lowe's in Renton, WA today and there was a loud hum that gave me a migraine. The cart I was using had a worn spot on one wheel so it was off-kilter and really loud. The selection of power strips, door hinges and crown molding were all terrible. Prices for wood shelving were high while selection was low. There were no cashiers available and the only option was self-check out. Due to the loud hum, I couldn't stay to look for everything on my list. The parking lot was full of bags of soil and concrete blocks. Looks like they are spending way too much on the wrong stock. I won't be going back there!

I ordered this dishwasher back in July, it was delivered in August. With the order, I also paid to have it installed by a Lowes. After the second attempt to install "it was not a standard install we will have to send someone else," I finally had a dishwasher, or so I thought. First wash, water on the floor, cannot use. I called back to Lowes and they scheduled the installers to come back out to look at it, (it's now it's the end of September) the next week (1st week in October) Lowes calls me and informs me the dishwasher is broken, I need to call LG to have it warrantied... Do not Call LG they are useless!! After several rounds with LG and several, "someone will call you back"... I run out of patience and I called back to Lowes and they leverage their connection to finally get an LG tech out. (I will say during this whole thing the people at Lowes help line have been at least kind). It is now December 5th. The LG tech comes out and says "Call LG give them this TCC#, they should complete the claim and should send a replacement dishwasher, since this one is cracked and cannot be repaired." I call LG and they tell me the issue is Lowes, as it appears it was damaged and they cannot help. Back to Lowes help line I go... Well, to the LG side of the Lowes help line I go... Guess what, they cannot find me, even though LG could and they transferred me to Lowes LG support. Lowes LG then transfers me back to Lowes customer support... Now it's near Christmas and all I can get from Lowes is we will reach out to the Renton, WA store and some one will get back to you with in 24 hours. (This is Dec 15th by the way) Wait for it.... (take your seat this will shock you) Nobody gets back to me... I too was shocked.. I call after Christmas and they again leave a message with the store.. I follow up with an email on12/26 and 12/30... It is now Jan 6th and after several more calls I finally get an email back. Here's what it said, "LG Tech listed the damage to the tub as "installer/shipping" damage and it is not covered by warranty... I also see notes from the site visit and they said that it was a manufacturing defect. With neither the manufacturer nor the install owning the damage on the unit, I had to escalate this to senior management... They have approved Lowes to replace the unit with the caveat that you will have to purchase new labor for the install of the replacement unit... installation warranty does not cover a reinstallation unless it is due to installer error. I have a saved estimate for you with the same dishwasher at "no cost to you." So I call back and guess what? A dishwasher, that I paid for, with Lowes install, which never worked due to damage, not cause by me... will now be "no cost to me" (I already paid over $800.00 for it once and it did not work) all I have to do is pay to have it installed... AGAIN (Cause I have and extra 239.00 just laying around). THANK YOU SO MUCH LOWES. What a deal.. I get a dishwasher, that I paid for and I get to pay for another instal. You are the best. I love that for me. Thank you Lowes and LG for taking care of me. 10 out 10 Pass!!

The guys from Lowes just delivered and installed the new frig (delivered in my garage) and took away the old one. I couldn't ask for better service. My kitchen doors are a bit narrow, (what did builders think in the 60's). They had the tools to adjust the door and got the old frig out and installed the new one. I would definitely recommend Lowes again. To the 2 guys, thank you. You did a great job.

My mom paid almost $1000 for a new toilet and install almost a month ago. Still no toilet even though it has been at Lowe’s since the end of November. The kicker:she received a customer service call asking how she liked the new toilet she is still waiting to receive. Numerous trips to the store and phone calls have yielded empty promises and no toilet.

I received exceptional service from Rachel, Thalia, and Marvin when i presented them with an odd problem. they came together with a happy solution for me. Team work. Probably helps that I was there in the morning, before things got hectic.

Horrible horrible customer service. Bought a fridge and their warranty. My fridge has issues and I wanted a new one with less 7 days of delivery the fridge wasn't making ice. I just wanted a new fridge they forced me to contact whirlpool and now i have to wait a month+ to have a repairman come. It still hasn't been resolved. Please don't buy anything from this Lowe's or any Lowe's. Horrible company and a scam all day. Asked to talk to manager and she told me to kick rocks and bother whirlpool. Whirlpool only has one certified repair company in the kent/Renton area and they pushed my repair appt twice wtf... You've been warned - say no to Lowe's and Whirlpool!!!

When ordering an appliance online, the wrong items were automatically added to the cart as necessary. Google and verify extra parts yourself, this is one place that AI is not doing a good job. The delivery person came a week late and brought the incorrect parts. Next time I will go to a non-Renton store and will avoid shopping online for major items. I've had much better luck at Olympia and Puyallup Lowes.

Overall, we like Lowe's. It is their appliance department and third party delivery company that is failing. Our fridge went out. We bought the new one and was able to get delivery two days later. We needed them to change the doors around, being assured that the delivery guys could do that. Well, they didn't and we are still waiting, 5 days later, for them to show up and fix it. Lowe',it is time for you to hire better delivery service!! We have been buying our appliances from them for almost two decades. I am NOT happy having to keep calling for a quick fix And being put off.

I ordered an LG washer dryer stack online and when it was delivered I was told they didn't have the correct cord, that I needed a three prong cord. The delivery guy said it happens all the time and he usually had some extra but this time he didn't. I went to the Lowe's in Renton and bought the cord. The associate there asked me if she wanted me to reschedule the delivery and she did so and told me it would come in two days, on Wednesday. I waited all that day and didn't hear anything. I finally called the store in Auburn, which is where it said the dryer was being delivered from . The automated message said that it was on the schedule for five days later. I spent the next hour trying to remedy this, calling four times because I kept being put on hold for 15 or 20 minutes and or hung up on. Finally a manager named Erica said that the earliest it could get there was this scheduled delivery in five days and evidently no one had the power to change it (except for a later date). She said the associate in the Renton store lacked the authority to schedule for another store, so that person apparently just made up a delivery date for me. And I guess their scheduling software is all- powerful and no mere mortal can change the schedule. Not sure why I'm even bothering to write this since they've got tons of bad reviews and obviously don't give a...hoot.

I've yet to have a good experience at any Lowe's Never bother to help or are super slow at everything they do. Usually are in a bad mood or never seem to want to help. I'd go anywhere else before I have to go to Lowe's

Worst of the worst for the customer service her name is Diane at the customer service which need help to be trained to improve on the attitude for customer service part. First told me found one item and didn't find another... which both of them are on the same receipt On top of the worst is the shift lead manager.. I asked her she needed help on this return.. the manager came in with the attitude told me Diane is the most experience they have.. more than the manager has.. she said she looked at our process all the time.. (excuse me I saw you chit chat on the back not even notice me!) And when they attached the receipt to the item, Diane attached the wrong one and the manager told her that the wrong receipt ( I though you told me Diane is more efficient more then you? How did she make a mistake ) And manager is a b**** crazy bi***

We ordered a refrigerator and dryer over a week ago. It was supposed to be delivered between 12 and 4. After waiting we finally called and they said the dryer's not in and they're not delivering. They did not call us or even have the courtesy to at least deliver the refrigerator. This is just unacceptable service and I've bought many appliances in the past from them but never again. I wish I could give them a negative rating. The store was the Renton store at the landing and the purchase day was the 17th. How long do they need especially when we need the refrigerator at least.

Went to self checkout and I was asked to check out with an associate. Wouldn't have made sense, as someone was already in line and I would have had to walk out of self checkout to then wait to be checked out. I asked if I could just do self check out and then the clerk proceeded to take the items out of my hand and check them out for me. I have a feeling why but won't say. Whole experience made me really uncomfortable and weird.

Could not put together a pickup order for 3 small items. When I called to try and correct it, they don't answer the phone - at all - just rings and rings. It's as if the store isn't even there or is out of business. I don't see how they stay in business.
