I had given this location a 5 star previously to such good customer service. But not anymore. I went in and the Hispanic girl was so rude. I over heard how she spoke to another person who was delivering an order. And even when I spoke to her she was so rude. Very like annoyed at all the customers. I would always get help from the other girl whom was there she has great customer service. Teach the other one how to communicate a bit nicer.

I called once and asked if they still had the stuffed crazy crust pizza. I was told yes but it would be $15.99 because it was no longer on special. I called back and said I wanted to place an order and checked again I could get the stuffed crazy crust pizza. I was assured again the same as the previous call. I then ordered it by name. Also after I finished ordering, the person who works there even read my order back to me and said, "stuffed crazy crust cheese pizza". However, when I didn't see anything on the crust. I even tried a piece thinking maybe you'd can't see it, but would taste it. However, it just tasted like regular plain crust. When i called the store about the issue I was told if I could come in right then they could apply it to my pizza. Though I couldn't drive due to a migraine and my stepfather who picked up the order had gone to an event and wouldn't be back till late. I was told there was nothing they could do for me if we couldn't come back right then. When I brought up how I was told the high price was due to getting the special pizza they said that's the normal price for a regular stuffed crust pizza, even though the receipt says "Custom stuffed crust", not "Stuffed crust". When I told them I never would've ordered the pizza for $16 if it was just a regular stuffed crust pizza, they just said sorry about that. They said the person I called and placed my order with must've been confused and misunderstood when placing my order. Which is strange since I specifically said stuffed crazy crust pizza twice and they repeated it back to me. I see this as bait and switch since I didn't get what I ordered, especially after I was assured by staff while ordering that I would get the stuffed crazy crust pizza. We used to go here regularly, but after this experience my family and I won't be back since we find this to be unethical behavior.

Customer service was great and it only took 7 min to get a fresh hit and ready but typically they have at least pepperoni hot and ready but it's all good and better than pizza hut I ate the whole large by myself in ten

This place used to be complete garbage but has really turned around under the new ownership. I am a large pizza guy, in physical size, favorite pizza size, and my love of pizza. The pizza crust is crispy and the toppings were *chef's kiss. Cheap and Easy. Definately a must!

It seems this place is under new management or ownership. I hadn't been in there for a year or so and just went. I was helped by Avleen(I think?) and she was amazingly friendly and helpful. Service was great. Pizza reminded me of why I like LC- crispy crust with just the right amount of chewiness/softness, fresh....yum. There's a lot of pride in ownership here, seems like a family run location. Much better than before. I'm glad I stopped by. And my kids were too; it was the perfect dinner for post soccer practice! I'll post pics next time if I can catch one before my kiddos scarf it down hahaha.
