I got there at 9 am the guys said 1 to 2 hour waiting I waited and waited and the guys were taking turns on each tire on the 5 cars that were there it was more than 6 guys and they were doing absolutely nothing it's embarrassing to post things like this I've never been so disappointed and upset with any other tire shop now I remember why to les schwab they were just walking around and going to the back and were getting nothing done its sad how ppl like that get a job at such good companies I can't give it more than 1 star because the popcorn was good that's the only good thing

Really fast experience and nice people, easier to come in the morning. I wish I hadn’t been charged for siping since I didn’t ask for it nor was told it was included in the charge until I had receipt in hand.Next trip might be to Discount Tire.

Came to the rescue when I got two screws in a tire. Was in and out in an hour, and free. Awesome service. Thank you Christian! This simple act of good will completely saved our next few days in helping our niece move houses against a deadline. Other shops were fully booked, and one tried to make us pay $1000 for four new tires.

I came in with my tire losing air over a longer period of time. I waited around 45 mins and the mechanic came in and told me that he found two nails (I know, I don't know how I missed seeing that). But they didn't charge me a penny. While I have heard of their business model, I was surprised that they took at least 15 mins and didn't charge me. Especially when any mechanic would charge in 100s just for looking at a vehicle.These folks have definitely earned my business. I will definetly need new tires under few years and I know where I should go.

Came in with a small screw in my rear driver-side tire that was causing an air leak. It was a minor inconvenience but they removed and patched it free to charge due to the small size. Made my day a whole lot better. Little things like that go a long way.

Receptionist was very helpful and understanding but I can't give better than a 3 if they don't do warranty claims from or thru the manufacturer.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting this tire shop, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with others. From start to finish, it was an ordeal marked by incompetence and appalling customer service.Upon arrival, I handed over my keys to the staff to get a flat tire fixed. To my disbelief, they seemed utterly clueless about locating the wheel lock (which was in the trunk with the replacement tire - normal location), a basic task that should be routine for any tire shop. The entire process was riddled with delays and a lack of communication, leaving me frustrated.Even the involvement of a supervisor did little to salvage the situation. Their lack of effectiveness in addressing the issues highlighted the systemic problems within the establishment. The experience left me feeling unheard, undervalued, and thoroughly dissatisfied.I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this place. The combination of incompetence, poor communication, and abysmal customer service is a recipe for frustration and disappointment. Save yourself the trouble and explore other options where your time, money, and sanity will be better respected.

They refuse to use Efleet accounts indicating its too much of a hassle for them, a problem I have never run into with other Les Schwab locations. They also do not seem to be effective at managing their schedules or calling back customers with their inspection findings or estimates. Again, a problem only this location seems to have. Terrible customer service, follow through, and a complete lack of fulfilling the franchises practices. I will never send my fleet to this location again, and advise any commercial fleet operator to find somewhere else to go.

I have gone to the les Schwab on union twice to get a price on new rims for my truck.On both occasions the skulls off mush that work their could care less, they act like it's a impossible task to get you a price, they have told me on both occasions they will call with a price. I'm still waiting, I have been doing business with them for 40 years, No more
