The couple that owns this store have terrible customer service skills and I will never spend another dollar in this store they are unprofessional and rude.

It was a nice wholesome store that I thought was fun for all ages and any budget. I was hesitate going at first because why go to a toy store when you have the internet, this place reminded why dedicated stores still serve a purpose and are still needed. They had an amazing selection of different toys and different interest. I found I could discover things that I normally wouldn't be able to find. The employees are very helpful and patient and are always willing to answer your questions and give great suggestion. I find they had things that from the youngest kids to enjoy and even adults too. I personally loved all the tactile stimulation toys they had like stress balls and other things to keep you focused. I would highly recommend this place to go.

Update #2: Leaving the owner's original reply here in case it gets deleted or edited:"This lady sucked.#1. I regret giving you the coupon to get rid of you.#2. Read all the 5 star reviews and get lost.#3. Don’t come back."That catalog didn't have any coupons so that's not how I got the discount, you can check with the cashier who processed my purchase for details.Also you don't have to worry about me coming back because I don't enjoy being treated disrespectfully for no reason.Update #1: Would give zero stars if I could.I admit it was nice finding exactly what I wanted and I was happy with my actual purchase.However I don't think the owner is fit for a customer service role at all. When I asked him genuine questions about loyalty programs or toy catalogs he was very passive aggressive and dismissive-I asked how I can sign up for a catalog and he just tossed one over rudely lol. I knew he was an unpleasant person based on other customer's reviews I've seen online but it really is something else to actually experience that.It's disappointing to see how unprofessional he's being to other customers as well, and it's extremely concerning that me and many others have been profiled (there's a pattern of discriminating POC) for simply doing what we would do in any other store without receiving the same horrible treatment.

Visited today and I LOVED IT!!The team is very friendly and encouraged trial use of toys they had out and available. The lady with glasses was really nice, showed me the open handheld pop it toy I could play with and I was sucked right in. The tall guy (didn't get his name) in the store was very sweet and interactive, I have a tough time in stores but he made me very comfortable! A lot of the toys are a little open so you can feel the texture which was really nice too!11/10 will be back again!!

This place is wonderful! The toys are unique and so fun! You won’t receive better customer service anywhere else! The “Birthday Box” concept for a kid is the best! These guys are my first choice for toys!

employees in there are SO rude!!! if i could give it a zero star i would. we were shopping in the store and my husband grabbed a ball off the shelf to bring to the counter and they yelled at us. they were also having a interview during store hours and kicked us out as we were shopping. we were quiet and respectful and they were insanely rude. we ended up accidentally leaving our bag in there and THEY REFUSED TO GIVE IT BACK. it had money and a handmade book in there that meant a lot to our relationship and now i can never get it back. worst. store. EVER!!!!!!

Great experience. I came in and the owner was there and gave me a few recommendations when I asked. Both my kids loved what he suggested.
What was awesome was they wrapped all three of my purchases free and just were really enjoyable to chat with. Should have gone there sooner.
I like the STEM type gifts in particular that I bought.
I also got a little bug vacuum that went over well with the kids.
