Beware they will lie and say Diagnostic is with labor then turn around and tell u they would perform the labor and have your vehicle sitting almost a week to tell u they can't perform what they told u they would then still wanna charge u diagnostics if u wanna get your vehicle what a rip off I wouldn't even go to this place for a oil change let alone to install a air filter go figure King's Transmission thanx for complicating my vehicle repair journey I repeat please look else we're for A+ service and hope u have a great day or night.

Brought my car in for brakes, power steering pump, and battery replacement. Expected it to be expensive, so that was fine. Immediately after picking up my car, the driver window would roll itself down automatically. Brought it back in, they misdiagnosed the problem as an entire window motor assembly and charged me an additional $600. When that WASN'T the problem, they then determined it was the switch itself in the door. They then quoted me another 500 dollars to fix this, saying the part was 300ish plus labor. The part is maximum $100 from any OEM/Mazda site I've found and the labor to replace that switch is 5 minutes (I did it myself after refusing to pay $500 for a switch). I'd be skeptical using these people again.

Made an appointment online, took my car in the next morning and brake pads and rotors replaced by end of day! Outstanding customer service and great price! This will be the only place I will take my car going forward. I feel like I found a place I can trust! Thanks so much!

They don't know how to work at all and they are not professional at all and they have very bad and disrespectful behavior and are rude. I took my car in twice for a problem to be diagnosed and the first time they told me that my car was fine and they charged me $190 for nothing and after a few days of driving my car had the same problem again. I found it and took it to them again, and again after a week they said they can't do it, what's the problem, and when I went to pick up my car, they again forced me to pay $190 for nothing, and they behaved very badly and disrespectfully. In my opinion, don't trust such unprofessional people and those who don't know how to do it, and don't make my mistake.

I brought my fiat to diagnose transmission they charged my 186$ and they told me it has battery connection problem and we fixed it i said ok thank you when I brought my car to my house the check engine light came on again and i told them it has same problem they told me bring it to fix after 4 days i called them what’s going on and they said we can not fix it and you have to take it to Fiat dealership and when i went to take my car they charged me another 186$ for diagnosis again i said why you charged when you can not fix it and too much conversation he when i wanted to pay they told me we don’t accept your credit card you have to pay cash or debit.and i paid i never go there in my all whole life. The worst customer service They are unreliable And unprofessional mechanic shop.

I had a crazy ex put 20 gallons of water in my gas tank and this shop did a wonderful job on fixing it right away it was done the next day ! Tahoe is running better then ever !
