Definitely ?! Amazing teachers with so much caring mindset. The management is reasonable and flexible to accommodate special requests. It is really committed to providing a fun and loving environment for our kids and we are very thankful. Tuition is reasonable and the program is great. The building is clean and spacious. The meal plan is well thought out and nutritious. It is such a relief for busy parents like us because most of the other daycare facilities' meals are not included. The program offers Spanish classes which my son enjoys very much. He sings Spanish songs all the time and we cannot be happier about his Spanish language skills. I highly recommend this place!

We send both kiddos there and cannot be happier. If you live in Renton highland area, the program is so convenient located and the tuition is much more affordable compared to other childcare programs in the eastside area. The staff offer a friendly, caring approach to look after our kids. Both kids enjoy their time and are always wanting to go back to "school" even on weekends. I can tell they are happy and feeling safe around the teachers and their little friends there. Most daycare facilities have 1-2 weeks off during holiday seasons but Kiddie is closed in major holidays only so parents have peace of mind while at work. Highly recommended.

Worst experience ever! Their cancellation policy is such a rip off, they charged us > $1000 to withdraw my child > 3 months in advance! What?!!! Make sure you read the contract carefully, they don’t put this policy in bold nor inform you at enrollment, so it can be easily overlooked!We’ve never heard of such a high cancellation charge like this, not with any of my kids’ childcare before. We will never go back or recommend it to anyone!

They hire loving and caring teachers, and their menu is diverse, interesting, and well-balanced! My only *minor* complaint is the occasional miscommunication between administration and families, but that is not enough to not boast about this well run institution. Our two children love attending KA Renton.

Love the staff! They have been so amazing through everything going on and you can tell they really love the kids. I like the updates we receive regarding activities, meals, and nap time as well as the occasional photo of what’s going on. It’s so nice to be able to pop onto the WatchMeGrow app and peak In to feel like I am a part of child’s day despite having to be at work. I also love that the kids get outside everyday rain or shine. It’s so important that they get fresh air and get a little dirty while they explore ?

I had a tour in June, and they said they could offer me a spot in September if I enrolled my daughter for that, and I had to pay a fee to be on their waitlist. I paid the fee when I called them for the spot in August and asked when I could get it. They answered that they didn't have a spot for September. You can get a spot in October, and now when I call them again, they don't have a spot until next year. It is just a waste of time and money for me to enroll in a kiddie academy.

Missing items, hit-or-miss with staff. Our child's items frequently went missing and when we asked upon pick-up, we were told, sorry - you'll have to wait until the teacher comes back in the morning. I had to go through and look for the items that should have never left the room. Things can be chaotic, I get it, but customer service could be better. Cleanliness was also lacking at times -- dried poop on the changing table after the daily cleaning was completed, toys and tables were "cleaned" by spraying bleach on them and leaving it to dry overnight. Some teachers are engaged and spend time with each child daily. Some teachers have favorites and leave others neglected.

Only been a bit over a month so far but I've been impressed with how quickly the teachers and other staff have learned to recognize me and my kid. Literally every employee knew my baby by name within like a week and learned to recognize me as his father with my mask on just as quickly. Seriously impressive when I'm only there for a couple minutes a day.All the staff I've interacted with in the infant room ("Purple Cat") have been wonderful and clearly care a great deal about the kids.Daycare is tough with COVID but they're managing - one family checks in/out at a time, temp checks for the little ones at the front door before admission, and when there's an exposure they've notified promptly.No complaints with management or infant daycare and cost was comparable with other centers I talked to in the area.

This was my first daycare experience. I started my son at 16 months old and it was a rough transition for a few weeks, but the staff were extremely helpful and paid special care and attention to my son who clung to them for comfort.I've was extremely happy with everything and had no issues. My son really loved his daycare, loved the staff, and overall just seemed so happy to be going and happy coming home.I loved having the camera to be able to see how he was doing and how the staff was doing, and I was never upset by anything and the staff always seemed to do such a good job.If we didn't want to put our son in Montessori, we would have stuck with this daycare probably until he started kindergarten.

We've been here for nearly 2 years now, across a variety of classrooms. My kids have always been safe, cared for, and loved by their teachers. They hold parent teacher conferences every several months and special activities on weekends, occasionally. Almost all of the teachers and administrators know our kids by name. We love it here, and so do our kids!

We love Kiddie Academy! Teachers, curriculum, school time, they have had our backs since Covid-19 spread started until this day. Husband and I can work knowing that our son is healthy, in a learning, and safe environment that he truly enjoys. We really recommend it!

My neighbor recommended me this is the best of our community ！I agree with her.this is the best in our community, I can see my baby anytime on the screen, when he come back home he can eat a lot of food. We like the academy .

Kiddie has been great !! The teachers are really loving and have a great curriculum to work with. Any feedback has always been taken positively and addressed quickly. Even with the pandemic situation they have tried their best to work with ever changing rules. Kids have a lot of fun and are well taken care of. If you are interested they have a camera for parents in addition to their daily reports on kids activities.
