Refused to do a simple oil change due to my ignition switch needing to connect four wires together (it was stolen last year and money prevented me from getting it serviced). When I asked why, the exact response was "I don't know". This was after I confirmed over the phone it wouldn't be an issue and took time out of my work day to drop my car off. This on top of them charging double what a real shop would. Avoid at all costs.

Amazing service! The dealership made a mistake replacing my oil filter that had oil leaking all over the engine. Kenny's fixed it right up and even stayed open past closing time so I could get my car home. Great guys!
