DANGER!Unsafe daycare center, and few staff who actually care. The heat we endured during this summer meant that the children spent more time outside in the sun and higher than normal temperatures. Staff were told about my child's temperature sensitivity, and normal need to stay hydrated. My child has their own water bottle. They would NOT allow them to self hydrate. When pressed about it staff would get evasive, or just outright lie to my face. The staff would demand new supplies rather than walk inside their own building and take from my child's stock (which I'd already provided). My child is now fearful of diaper changes because of their time as a "student" here. Not one of the staff there will make eye contact with me when I ask them about this. What is going on here?!?!

My family has been apart of this center since my oldest was a toddler. I absolutely love this center and the staff here. The director and assistant director are very communicative and helpful with every interaction I have had with them. The staff members from infant to their school aged staff have been absolutely wonderful. They supported my oldest while she had a difficult time with drop offs in the morning, encouraged her to explore, and make new friends. They are current partners when it comes to problem solving my youngest refusing a bottle through out the day.I am very grateful for everyone at this center. I am sad to see my oldest leaving this center as she and my family have had a wonderful time with her time here. In the meantime, I love that I still have a few more years here.

My kid loves going there. He is a happy and healthy baby and he learns a lot. All the teacher are nice, and care about him.

Highly recommend, we had a great experience here for the last 3 years and only have left due to a recent move. Center is conveniently located near the 405 highway, Starbucks, Mcdonald's in the same plaza. Ms. Ronna and Ms. Jayme the director and assistant director both run a tight and smooth sailing ship which we very much appreciate but always greet us with a smile on the way in and as we leave. My son started at Kennydale KinderCare in the infant room with Ms. Suzie and Ms. Gwen and we adore them. They are so caring, loving, and sweet and made it so much easier for us to leave our son in their care. We then moved up to the toddler room with Ms. Cinthia and preschool room with Ms. Ana and our son continued to thrive and learn. The classrooms are all open concept and have ample space for the kids. The playground outside is wonderful and the kids enjoy the time outdoors very much. There are also phonics and STEM additions that are available to add on to the preschool curriculum and my son learned a great deal despite only being enrolled in the extra class for a short time before we moved. We have now transitioned to a new KinderCare and I will say, each one is very different. We so miss everyone at Kennydale!

As a new Mom I was nervous to send my daughter to daycare, especially during Covid. The staff here has been nothing but absolutely amazing! They love our daughter as their own and we know she is in great hands. They give amazing and detailed updates throughout the day so you feel like you have a great idea of what's happening at any moment. Sending our daughter to daycare feels much more like school because they are doing educational activities and getting great socialization. We are in the infant room with Ms. Suzy and Ms. Gwen and they are phenomenal.

Everyone here works hard and truly cares about your children, from the teachers to the directer (Ronna) everyone goes above and beyond. My daughter has been in the daycare since she was 6 months and I don’t plan on leaving especially because of how amazing the director is she makes sure the building is clean and a safe environment but most importantly she keeps you engaged in what’s going on with your child, any questions you have she will answer. It’s really great having someone who truly cares about your children, I will choose this daycare over anyother daycares any day!

Kennydale KinderCare is fantastic! My son started in their infant program and is now in their preschool program. The teachers really care about the kids and parents. Leaving your child with a stranger is scary for any parent, but the staff and teachers at Kennydale KC are empathetic, hands on, and ready to help. My son has food allergies, asthma, and eczema - the staff went above and beyond to understand his needs and become educated in how to care for my son. Whenever I was nervous, I could always call up the center and speak to my son's teacher for an update. They are lovely people and I'm thankful for all the support they've given my family.

I love the comments from Zoe. We do need to appreciate the people that take care of our children. If they get sick often give them vitamins, give them immune building foods. My girl has a low immune system and easily gets sick. I googled some food options, not that hard. She wears hearing aids also. I was at a different Kindercare it was dirty, she came home dirty and frustrated each day. They didnt try to keep the hearing aids in or try to potty train her. They didnt have enough staff. A bad experience. Since at the Kennydale Kindercare I see the whole team is kind and really help the kids have a fun experience. My kiddo they keep her hearing aids in and I have noticed a big differance as she is learning more words and phrases. She comes home clean well for a toddler. They are potty training her and lets be real I'm assisting them since she is there so much of the day. She is excelling in all areas since she has been there. I am so happy with them and am happy to support this Kindercare. I would recommend to anybody!!

Charging usd 1700 for full day and let your toddler in poopy pants whole day. Recent survey says for everything, nice they've it admitted at least: Our Survey results are in and we are sad to say that our final outcome was "Critical". This means that we are doing something terribly wrong and we need to fix it soon. We would like to reach out to all our families and ask for your help in helping us identify why. We cannot fix the problems if we do not know what they are. Please, if you have a concern let us know. We want to be our best and apparently we are not delivering that to our families at this time.We are very concerned that our families are not happy with us and we want to fix it ASAP.Thank you for your time and please let us know where we can improve.

There was a period of turnover - which is why others rated low. But that happens anywhere. There's different management now. I have recommended multiple families here and will continue to do so. The teachers are the absolute best best best. They love all the kids like their own, and teach them all day every day. It isn't just a daycare where the kids run and play with no structure. Management is awesome. They truly care about the parents and their concerns, comments, suggestions, etc. I would never take my kids elsewhere. My two children thrive here - they are happy, they love going every day, they learn so much and they adore their teachers. I can't say enough positive things about this daycare/preschool. Highly highly recommend.

I feel like the other reviews on here are a bit ridiculous. First of all, toddlers in general are dirty, sticky little people that not only wash their hands poorly but also like to play in the sink. Which is why their hands are probably wet and why the toys are sticky by the end of the day. I have been there at the end when they are cleaning everything so I know it happens! I have also dropped off early when everything is neat and tidy in the rooms. This is our first day in the toddler discovery room and there IS soap in the low sinks. Probably because the kids are older and know not to play with and eat the soap. Pretty sure just about everyone with a kid around two (Todd C room age) would agree that leaving soap out for 13 two year olds would be a flipping disaster! As for your kids getting sick during cold season when they start daycare, really?? Kids get colds all the time. The only reason this isn't a five star is because the tissue they offer is like the scratchiest stuff I have ever used (It's like wiping sandpaper across your face) and the free crackers they offer get all over my car. These are the only things worth complaint. Show some appreciation for the people that wipe your kid's butt and snotty nose all day so that you can go to work!

Very bad administration, ok if your child got a good teacher. High employee turnover.

I will not recommend this daycare. First of all the teachers keep changing all the time, and they don't even give notice and teachers working there most of them are young and unexperienced at least in toddler C group. In addition, the place is not clean, when you enter to facility it looks clean but inside the rooms are gross specially toys are accumulated with dust and they are sticky. They don't wash kids hands before meal or after changing diaper or potty. The sink has been out of soup for 1 week, and finally I told the teacher how come you guys don't keep soap, don't you have to wash your and kids hands. My comments won't end here. My daughter had been there for 4 months, during that time she had stomach bug 3 times, non stop runny nose and cold. The reason for that they let my daughter to play in the water or puddle when they go outside and her sleeves will get wet, they don't even change her clothes. Many times when I went to pick her up her sleeves are wet socked in the water. Seriously, I cant tolerate this, I don't know where teacher are looking at. Ok, finally I pulled her out from this daycare and gave my 2 weeks notice, the management didn't event bother to ask me the reason we are leaving. Lastly, I requested the copy of my immunization form and Lannete, director said they never received it, although she confirmed that she received on our first day. Even they didn't receive why she didn't bring to my attention, it didn't make sense that my daughter was attending that daycare for 4 months and they didn't have her immunization form. I am sure it is against the law, but I guess they don't care. Anyway, please stay away from this daycare. they don't care about your child, all they want is to get their paycheck, that is it.
