I absolutely Love & Appreciate ALL the Pharmacy staff @ Renton with their professionalism & dedication to the detail, care, & friendly service they provide. I always look forward to walking in and picking up our medication even though it is more convenient to have it sent in the mail. Dr. Libation and her nurse were terrific; the diagnosis and interaction inspired confidence. And the phlebotomist, Jennifer, may have been the most skilled and pleasant person I've encountered in a lab/blood draw setting....and I've had my fair share of encounters. The Renton staff are first rate. I'm grateful for their help.

Friendly, competent and efficient staff, plus easily obtained an early same-day appointment (with anyone able to prescribe) by simply calling first thing in the morning. Also very easy computerized check in.

To Ngoc-Anh Luu Ta, MD,As I was weighing myself in he is making comments about my height/apperance.1st time meeting him and he wants to put a new client down. Interesting angle. The nurse looked so over worked you could see the pain in her eyes and hear it in her voice.I felt bad for her. The Dr comes in and I told him about my knee he gives 4 solutions and takes them all away with one solution. Saying he’s giving me solution’s.Then he wants to get argumentative, it was as if I was in a hostile environment I ever been in at a Drs office .I never been treated like a criminal at my Drs office. Asking me if I would provide urine samples to prove my medication as prescribed. What happen to Drs that took that role in truly having a passion for life wellness?This is by far worse experience at a Dr.s office ever. I will never recommend just settling. There is options. Never settle for a Dr willing to put you down only settle for ones that want to lift you up!!!

Just completed my contact fitting with Dr Aung, OD. at Kaiser Permanente Renton clinic. 2 years ago she fit me with monovision contacts and I haven't used readers since!Kudos to Nancy (either tech or nurse) in the same office. She and Dr Aung make a great team!

This is the worst clinic I have ever used. They waste your time, making you take unnecessary visits, and time before putting your health in Jeopardy.

Dr. Chun and his tech, Lilliana, were very pleasant, very informative and very competent in dealing with my shoulder issue. They listened well, took me through a thorough exam and offered me treatment options that make sense. I left feeling well-cared for.

Dr. Li and I had never met before, yet he showed genuine interest in my well-being and even was courteous enough to speak a bit frankly with me. I really appreciated a doctor really telling me how it is. He also went out of his way to put his hands on my body for the exam, and I really appreciated that. As a chronically obese person, I have had encounters with physicians that are otherwise repulsed by my very being. Dr. Li showed no such bias.

Loved that I could schedule my visit online. I spent maybe 2 minutes in the waiting room. After being taken back and worked up, I waited maybe 1 more minute for my doctor to come in. Super happy with how quick and coordinated the care team was. I've also had labs done and love that I can show up any time to get those done.

Dr Lobaton was amazing. I wasn’t rushed, she talked to me like a person. Listened to everything I had concerns about. I was seen at my appointment time with no wait. The staff was kind and helpful

I would recommend this service to someone who need eye care and who have vision issues. The staffs are very nice, polite and take good care of me. Answer to all my questions professionally. I’m happy with the service provided.

While I'm grateful for access to health care and having a health care facility close to home, the care I received at the Renton Kaiser facility was sub-standard. The lab workers are nasty and the older lady drawing blood left a bruise on my arm that looked like I was beaten by a baseball bat. The X-ray tech was very rude! It felt like nobody wanted to be there, especially the staff. My PCP was condescending and aloof. The only nice staff members are the greeters and the people taking your money.
