Cathy met me at the car and was professional, friendly and personable. The oil change was only like 15 minutes. The staff worked together well. Glad I chose Jiffy Lube.

I had my oil changed today and they also gave me the service of cleaning my headlights so I can see better at night time. As someone who drives two hours a day for work, I appreciate the quality service. I have a 2004 Toyota Camry, and it is a 20 year old car, which means I have to keep a closer eye on it.I appreciate the above and beyond service. One of the mechanics named Christian was such an incredible member and scrubbed my headlights until they were completely clear. He deserves a raise. It means a lot to take the time and receive quality service from Jiffy Lube. This staff is very communicative and they care about their customers. I have been to three jiffy lubes in Renton area and this is one tops my list.If you need an oil change, you should come to this one.

I was planning to get my fluids changed at a different location, but stopped by this place because it was convenient after other errands. I was impressed by the professionalism and teamwork that i witnessed. The team working on my van communicated out to each other to efficiently get the job done. Nice to see, and felt like the workers liked their jobs. This stop at this location today saved me time and was a good price too. Definitely will come back again.

horrible customer service. The kid that helped me could barely talk and walk. not sure what was wrong with him? very unprofessional. then he lied about the recommended air filter change and said it needs to be done every thousand miles. then when I provided him the actual recommendation he just said it is what it is. I will never go back to this location

Shoutout to Ryan and Bryce at this Jiffy Lube location! Thank you!? Topped off my fluids, even answered the questions I had with very helpful tips and information. They were super quick too. Great attention to detail and very knowledgeable of the work they do. Even went out of their way to tighten a few screws that seemed a little loose on my radiator coolant reservoir while they were under the hood even though they didn’t need to do anything regarding the radiator coolant reservoir. Like YAY THANK YOU I appreciate the proactive effort and great work they do here! Also added windshield wiper fluid upon request last minute (I’d remembered that the day before, my wiper fluid light came on, and I was already driving out of the garage when I realized and they still said no problem, brought it out and filled it up. Great service!
