Ryan was my service advisor- He was kind, honest and diligent. I had a claim with American Car Shield - worst warranty company on the planet. They gave me the run around even though its a covered failure, but Jeff's Auto Repair was the constant professional. I will definitely bring all my vehicles here.

In 2019-2021 I had a 2012 LR4 in beautiful shape encroaching 150,000 miles. We had been servicing it at Jeff's when they were back in Bellevue and during their transition to the Renton location... and one day it had a total coolant leak. We took it to Jeff's and they let us know that there was a leak at the crossover water pump and in addressing that, they reattached a hose clamp incorrectly. The day I picked it up from the 2K service, the car hardly made it 20 miles before seizing up and billowing smoke out the engine. Would have made a $12K difference for themselves if they actually did a careful once over on the car before giving it back. Disappointing. There is a reason people pay the professionals, and this was more than negligent. Disappointed.

Another really pleasant interaction with the Park Ave Jeff’s in Renton! I’ve got a classic car that we had a tough time finding a starter for, and Jerry was able to have it rebuilt at a specialty shop that he’d used before. It works great and was actually less expensive than the original quote. I’ll be back. Thanks Jerry!

We blew our rear differential. We told them that while heading there. They did a 215 dollar diagnostic then told us we would need a rear differential at 8 grand. They checked things we didn't ask them to check and doubled the cost of a differential. We are from out of town so I believe they tried to take advantage. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Charged me $1000 to replace a window motor only to mis install the door lock linkage when the replaced the panel. After bringing it back for a second time the technician couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. I fixed it in 5 minutes at home. Lazy scam artists if you ask me.

I needed brakes on my Audi A3 and it was a bit of an urgent situation. I called and spoke with Ryan and he helped me over the phone with an estimate. I took my car in and agreed to have the work done. This is my second time I have had Jeff’s Auto replace brakes in one of our vehicles.
Both times I’ve received excellent customer service. Each employee I have worked with has gone above and beyond to make sure I understood the process. Highly recommend and Ryan is great!

Our Durango's check engine light kept coming on and it started shifting funny. Jeff's auto repair was able to get to it quickly and figure out what was wrong. Car was fixed fast at a fair price. Would 100% recommend them.

Drop in alignment, said they could fit it in, and they did. Got t back in less than a half day. Didn’t know about this biz before, but will use them in the future.
