Gorgeous hotel! Great service and so nice and clean. The Market is great on the first floor serving Starbucks, pastries, sandwiches and snacks etc. The restaurant there was very nice and delicious. Great scenic views and lots of people watching. Easy walk over to The Landing for other food and easy location to Uber to and from downtown Seattle.

This hotel and its staff has made this vacation amazing! The staff was amazing and moved us to a better room (our first room was great, they just had an available upgrade) and then they even had engineering come up and help us remove a security tag left on by a store. Each employee we have interacted with has been so helpful and kind! Thank you Luis and the gentleman from maintenance/engineering!

Every year, we take our kids from Vancouver to Seattle, and this is our only choice. This time, Victor and Carly helped me with the booking. Chris left me a welcome card and some fruit. The hotel is new and spacious, and the staff are very friendly. It’s a paradise for kids, with a very clean pool that's not crowded, plus hot tubs and saunas for relaxation. The hotel faces the lake, which has a large playground nearby. Every morning, we take the kids there to play. We also tried the Waters Table restaurant, where both breakfast and lunch were exquisite and plentiful, and they even packed up leftovers for us. This hotel is perfect for families looking to unwind, away from the city's hustle and bustle. The tranquil lake view is refreshing and relaxing. Next time, I’ll book a spa appointment in advance for an even better experience. By the way, there are also convenient shopping centers and restaurants nearby.

Total relaxation time....really nice restraunts on the dock with nice sitting chairs for outside dinning while watching the sunset. Next door, basically, is a beach with barbecue pits which can nice for a walk or grabbing a chair just to sit and watch the view of the lake ...the spa inside is like nappy time, lol, or swimming in the pool or outside in the lake or the beach. Rooms are cozy and have nice views, it can get real live at night on a weekend opposed to a weekday where their obviously less people depeding on how you like relax or party.
Amazing, affordable experience where you could possibly be a regular ? lol....or go visit Seattle at their wharf ....lot of fun
I highly recommend this Hyatt location!

Wonderful hotel to stay at! The rooms are spacious, beautifully maintained, and very clean. The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating—they went above and beyond by bringing a microwave to our room when we needed one. Everyone was so kind and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also offers stunning views of the lake. I’m really happy to have had my family stay here and would highly recommend it!

Modern expensive hotel with little hospitality.
Rooms: Too expensive.
Nearby activities: Lake.
Walkability: No nearby convenience store.
Food and drinks: The Vietnamese restaurant next door was good.

Rooms are large and comfortable. Some rooms have a good view of the lake. Our windows faced the other rooms and we could see into those rooms.
The bed linen was nice, and the bed was comfortable. The towels in the bathroom are cheap, there is not a bath robe, but the shower products are nice.
We were offered amenities but checked in too late and missed the wine and smores. We were also given a credit to The Market, but they were unable to honor a dietary restriction.
The hotel is in a good location, but not sure it qualifies as a 4star hotel.

I attended a conference at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington in Renton. Pleasantly surprised by the amenities and view. Conference facilities were comfortable and easy to navigate. It was nice to have covered patio space for breaks. The views of the lake are lovely, especially at sunset. My hotel room was clean, comfortable, and really quiet, even with the small Renton Field airstrip nearby. Catered food for the conference was great. I loved the poke bowl bar we had at the welcome reception. They offer free s'mores kits for hotel guests.
Rooms: Clean, spacious, quiet
Walkability: Not much to walk to, but the hotel grounds are great, including the boat dock and outdoor fire pits.

Shower tiles were missing grout... fridge did not cool anything at all. Had to call maintenance to bring a spare fridge.. spare fridge was moldy. Talked to front desk... they don't care. 2 star at best because of the view. Dissatisfied will not stop by again. I seen better motels.

Stayed here for a mini vacation with my husband and 10 month old and we had a wonderful time!! For what the hotel offers, the price is fairly affordable. Both restaurants had some great food (my husband said the Waters Table had top 3 burgers he’s ever had in his life). The staff was very friendly and all the little perks with booking through their site were awesome. The room was also amazing!
My only (very minimal cons) were the view from our room was more of a “partial view” of the lake, even though it was presented as a full lake view. It’s also a little awkward the window to outside faces other rooms windows so you can see other people when sitting by the window to enjoy views. My only other minor gripe was we did find a dirty sock and used water bottle under the little chaise couch in our room so it did make us wonder how thoroughly the room was cleaned before us.
Overall we had an amazing time, the service and views made it all worth it and we would definitely book a room here again.
