Sharon was quick and professional. She took extra time to find answers to my question regarding international marriage and filing taxes. She turned my pile of documents into a several thousand dollar refund when I see many friends complaining their refunds shrunk this year from thousands to hundreds or less.

Had an issue with a previous year’s tax return so I schedule a phone call to discuss and determine the best path forward. Joe called on time and was friendly, but wasn’t prepared to discuss the issue and hadn’t reviewed any of the documentation I had uploaded. He said he’d like to get a second set of eyes on it and he’d call me the next day. Unfortunately, he never called back and he’s been ‘out of the office’ the times I’ve attempted to reach him. It’s been weeks and still no contact, so I went elsewhere.TL;DR: My tax ‘professional’ ghosted me.

I came in today to file taxes & the lady at the front desk (named Conny) told me I had to schedule an appointment, which was fine so I did. She asked me 2 times that was good for me, 5:30pm or 6:00pm. I said 5:30 is fine & she scheduled it & I left. I come back at 5:30 & there's a new lady at the front desk, (didnt tell me her name) & she tells me, "you're not scheduled until 6:30", which blew me away because first of all, Conny never said anything to me about 6:30. So I proceeded to tell the lady that I in fact wasn't scheduled at 6:30, but 5:30 but she kind of started getting rude, not listening to what I'm trying to tell her. What do I get out of all the wasted time & unprofessionalism? Keep in mind, I've been coming to this H&R Block for the past 2 years & never had an issue until today.
