Person that I worked with clearly didn’t know what they were doing and kept having to go get a coworker to help her and she was unable to answer my simple questions. When the taxes came back rejected she told me I had to come back in after giving false information about how I could fix it at home. Upon arrival the next day she said she was able to resubmit it and that she forgot to call me. No apology. Truly not worth the money and such a waste of time.

Sharon was quick and professional. She took extra time to find answers to my question regarding international marriage and filing taxes. She turned my pile of documents into a several thousand dollar refund when I see many friends complaining their refunds shrunk this year from thousands to hundreds or less.

Had an issue with a previous year’s tax return so I schedule a phone call to discuss and determine the best path forward. Joe called on time and was friendly, but wasn’t prepared to discuss the issue and hadn’t reviewed any of the documentation I had uploaded. He said he’d like to get a second set of eyes on it and he’d call me the next day. Unfortunately, he never called back and he’s been ‘out of the office’ the times I’ve attempted to reach him. It’s been weeks and still no contact, so I went elsewhere.TL;DR: My tax ‘professional’ ghosted me.
