Walked in for nails, she was very nice and I had a good experience. :) I don't get my nails done often because they're short so I went for a deluxe manicure, which came with sugar scrub and paraffin wax. Thank you for my super neon green nails, I love them. ?

They cut me when they were cutting my nails and again when they were filling.no apologies just frustration. And tried to charge me more until I had to point it out on their own pricing menu. The lady was really rude and pushed and pulled my legs and hands to where I had to ask her to stop. Twice. They will not be getting any more of my money

They are rude. But rude doesn't bother me as much as getting my feet ripped apart and bloodied. I literally gasped several times from the pain. I was bleeding everywhere and she didn't care. I couldn't walk on my feet for 2 days after. I still have scabs on my cuticles and it's been a week. Pls avoid for your own safety. Also, i got a gel on my nails and spots were missing. The quality was soooo poor on top of everything.

Ladies and fellas. If you guys need a good and precise cleaning, come to this place. They take their time in cleaning up your nails. I've only been here for pedicures and they will give you the cleanest pedicures. I've brought two different friends here with ugly nails, and they leave here looking like they got a makeover. FRESH. Also. They give you realistic times. I've seen them turn down people and give them real time frames unlike other salons where they will say five to ten minutes to everyone and you end up waiting 40 mins. And they do not rush.

my wife went in t get her nails done she showed the lady a picture of what she wanted the outcome wasn't even close i called and spoke to the gal and asked her to just remove them because they looked nothing like what she wanted she was really upset and ended up cutting my wife with the nail clipper as she was removing them SHE WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE........i posted pics to show everyoneService: Gel manicure

Really unsure how and why they are still in business. Don't see that being for much longer. Just had the most disturbing, disgusting, experience here. They are not colored person friendly, and I suggest anyone who cares about blatant disrespect and racism avoid this place. I sat down, and immediately informed the woman that my nail was cracked. Which was supposedly repaired by the man they have working there. It shouldn't have cracked that easily seeing I JUST got it repaired. I asked about pricing up front. She then proceeded to start removing the shellac with foil, which is fine, but normally they file. The whole entire experience was very time consuming. Had she initially listened to me, it wouldn't have been. When she finally realized she actually had to REPAIR my nail, she hurriedly cuts at it and rips it off disregarding my nail bed, which could've been a very bloody disaster. It was still painful and my actual nail is ruined. No apology, very rough the whole time. Then she noticed fungus, and rather than suggesting I remove my nails then and there, she said, next time. A DECENT nail tech would have just done so. I didn't ask because it was very apparent she did not want to work on my nails. After that whole process, my nails are shaped uneven and different lengths. Not what I asked yet I was afraid to say more due to her demeanor. I was then rudely accused of not flushing? I thought that was very inappropriate and highly offensive. I don't even skip a flush at home lol! They were gossiping back and forth in their language and she says to me, "She said you didn't flush". I was taken aback as I'm pretty sure they heard me. That made me very uncomfortable. At the end, I had questions about the pricing again, of which she became EXTREMELY irate, and highly unprofessional. She then proceeded to tell me, "I always complain", and "I don't have to come back"? I was shocked to say the least. Rather than try to retain me as a customer, and make sure I'm happy, she decides to argue with me and hurl insults, yet other customers she smiled and greets. It's very clear that I was discriminated against so she could not care less about my business or my money. Well, I will share my experience here, as I informed her, as well as any other platform, and with my peers as well. So unacceptable. To think that you can speak down to me, while sitting in a dated, old, dank salon, with old chairs, and dingy towels is beyond me. There's never anyone in there, so that was a huge red flag anyway. Should've trusted my instinct. I'd avoid if possible.

Very disappointed. I came in and they had asked if I could come back a little later and I did. I had asked for dip nails. They were extremely nice throughout the appointment. I left satisfied and an hour later three of my nails had already chipped. I went back the next day to get them fixed and I simply got the lazy way of fixing it in my opinion. You can clearly see the line where he had just dipped the chipped part of my nail, so in the end the nail color isn't matching. Then the next day, ANOTHER nail chipped. I can back today to just get them off and show them the color and they asked if I could come back in an hour because they were busy. Very unfortunate.

One of them accidentally cut too deeply into my finger when taking my old acrylic off and it started bleeding. All he said was sorry but they charged me full price after I got my nails polished and so I came in the next day because my finger hurt so bad all day before (even now) I wanted to get my money back. He said he would take all the polish off to get my money back. And so I got my money back since they took all the polish off.I feel that they care about their business more instead of caring what they did wrong to me. And they weren’t even nice about it. It’s not how I wanted to be treated in a salon. I wish that they kept my polish on and gave my money back after what they did to my nail.

First of all, the service is really nice. I like the attention. But the speed is surreal. I prefer they took their time and really payed attention to and waited for the blood to dry or to literally clean it off. My friends hand is now infected. Jk. But her hand looks really ugly

I came in for a shellac fill last week at that point I was about 2 weeks after a full set and had lost two acrylics. My service was great an easy walk in. So far so good. They have a parking lot it's small. This is more of a no frills nail salon and that's totally ok. The prices reflect that. The shellac upgrade is pretty reasonably priced.

I walked in to see if I could get a pedicure, there was 1 person getting one and there were multiple employees there and they said NO, they couldn't serve me. Instead, the person getting a pedicure gets 2 employees, one doing the pedi one doing the mani. Instead of serving me as a customer. Never coming here again. It looks like the universe intervened on my behalf because looking at the negative reviews, I dodged a bullet.
