Clean, professional, and friendly. It has been a couple of years since my last professional pedicure. Called in the morning and made a same day appointment for two pedicures - one with polish and one without. We did get parrafin and hot stone treatment, which was a few dollars more than the the standard treatment. The parrafin felt good but was very perfumey. I'd probably not do that again as I'm sensitive to fragrance. My friend didn't mind it, though. Walk-ins are welcome, but glad we had the appointment as walk-ins arriving during our appointment had to wait.

first time getting a manicure done and i came in with a design for them to do and they crushed it. very fun group to be around and i appreciate their receptiveness!

Despite past reviews here on Yelp, I had a fantastic experience at Haven. I went on a Monday at 10am when there weren't many other customers, so perhaps that affected the service level. I went in for a classic pedicure for $30. The facilities were clean and Lin did a great job. I plan to return next time I am back in the area.

they were kind but when i showed them the photo i wanted for my nails they did a whole different style as if they were doing their own thing. i literally dont know what to say. not everyone experienced the same thing. ill put what i wanted vs what i got.

The nails were okay but the people werent. I got a pedicure and my partner got a pedicure and manicure done. She's Vietnamese born and raised. she usually doesn't speak Vietnamese so on this occasion when they were doing her nails she heard them saying things like "oh, she must not understand cause her mom probably doesn't speak any viet" (keep in mind nothing was ever mention of her race or family). And then they proceeded to say that her face was ugly cause they didn't think she could understand them. Terrible vibe. Horrible words? She lied and told them she was Chinese after they asked towards the end and called her pretty but what two faced workers. $105 to have my partner insulted. Disgusted. I bet they talk about a lot of clients here and for people who are suppose to make people feel good with the services they provide they did a terrible job.

Love coming here. Always feels relaxing and they don't rush. Needed to change my Christmas Disney nails from December to something pretty for Valentines. Love it. Simple but cute! Pricing is consistent as well. All the ladies working here are all good. You won't be disappointed!

They did a terrible job on my nails I gave them a reference photo and they said they could do it but when it came to put charms they didn't have any that i wanted so I was okay with it, towards the end it was such a mess I was already there for 3 hours I had things of my own to do I was being honest and respectful through our interaction but towards the 3 hour mark I told them it looked okay and left (I paid 100) I was gonna come in the next day so they could fix it but they were closed so I came in on Wednesday as soon as I walked in the lady who did my nails greeted me and asked what I wanted I told her I just wanted her to fix my nails because they look "funny looking" but she was working on a lady so I had to come back later I did and got on the chair with the same lady who did my nails I asked if she can fix them because through our interaction I kept telling her I didn't like my nails but I still paid because I was telling myself they were decent, she got nervous and was yabbing about idk what so I asked if she can do my nails again how I want it. free of charge something really simple she said no that it was gonna cost 145 so then I asked nicely for a full refund so I can take my money to someone who can fix my nails and give me what I want she said no again and was irritated and raised her voice at me and again yabbing about idk what something about store policy and saying it was my fault for speaking up (i did) I kept calm with her idk how but I did so I asked again but for a half refund she said 40 was the most. When I heard 40 that's when I started getting irritated with her and she was saying that they were scared of me because she kept going back and forth with me and her coworker , so I pushed it with them to give me 50 because it just ten dollars more they didnt want to and I had to beg them for my money back they eventually did give me my 50 don't go to them they are stingy with money they also us MMA which is bad and illegal here in the United States I only know because I when I went to a professional nail tech they told me they used MMA on my nails when she was doing a soak off which is illegal and can get there place shut down

I went into Haven nails with an appointment at 4:00pm. I got seated at 5:20, over an hour later. Not a single person apologized or said thank you for waiting. Furthermore, I specified in my appointment request that I wanted a particular nail artist, but that request was not honored either. This has never happened to me before at any other nail salon. When I have an appointment, I am seated within several minutes of the appointment, even if the person is working with someone else. There were walk-ins who did not have appointments that the staff took BEFORE ME. This whole time I thought I was waiting for the particular nail artist, but he ended up taking someone else!!! I understand wanting to be kind to all customers but I made an appointment for a reason and if you cannot honor reservations then don't accept them. I emailed their manager very kindly stating that I normally really like their work but the customer service this time prevented me from being a returning customer. I never got a response back. This place really does not care about their customers. TLDR: don't honor appointments and don't care about customer satisfaction

It only cost me $35 and I left a $5 tip. The only thing that was messed up was the checkers, but I didnt mind that much, because the nails were super cute. i recommend this place. nails lasted for two weeks.

Jenny does the best coffin nail shape!!! I have natural nails and everyone always never gets it right. I usually end up with rectangular nails. Thank you Jenny!!!

Just discovered this place and have gone twice They are friendly and rank several stars above other local nail places for that reason. This is a clean, newly remodeled shop with professional staff. No up-selling, thankfully, tranquil and pleasant atmosphere.
