I've had way better haircuts here than the other places nearby. I have lived in Newcastle for 15 years and just found this place last year and love it. Each stylist has been very thorough.

This place is my go-to spot. They give me exactly what I want every time and with a smile. Everyone there is so friendly and nice. Wait times are not that long, depending on the day you go. Overall, it is a wonderful experience every time I go in.

The person cutting my hair was skilled and the haircut I got wasn't bad, but it very clearly was not what I asked for. I wanted a long trim with parted bangs and a longer back, and I even showed multiple inspiration pictures and indicated where I wanted my bangs to be cut. Even before starting to perm, the stylist began chopping my hair shorter than I wanted it, and it only got even shorter after the perm. She justified giving me an undercut by saying she was unable to perm some parts because they were too short which, mind you, she cut in the first place. After 3.5 hours I left very upset with a haircut that was way shorter than I was comfortable with. The only reason I hesitate to give one star is because the employees were professional and seemed apologetic at the end.

Great haircut, inexpensive. All the folks here are talented and friendly. I always call ahead, and they always do same-day. I notice walk-ins often get turned away but maybe I just pick busy times.

This place is legit. Outstanding service and cuts, but their appointment game needs some work. Each time I schedule, I’m waiting longer than if I just rolled in. Otherwise, this place is top-notch.
