Missed getting life dependent medications mailed in a timely manner twice!!! ? after they assured it was going out in the mail that day. Management became rude. Checked BBB they have an "F"rating. So now we get all our medications mailed from Kirk's Pharmacy in Puyallup on Meridian, They know you by name at Kirk's Pharmacy and, to date, have not missed one delivery

I hate when I find a magnificent Genoa Healthcare Pharmacy, but then they lose a member that makes the pharmacy run smoothly. When things like this happen, it makes a person that deals with Genoa want to leave Genoa Healthcare completely. And go to another pharmacy, that's not Genoa. I just may do that, now that I know what I know. Cause things won't be the same anymore in 2023 at the current Genoa Healthcare Pharmacy.

Very difficult and frustrating to register for an online account. 1. Requires you to make 5 different security questions! 2. Cannot copy and past login and password 3. Cannot use email address as login. 4. Requires a security image to be selected. I have over one hundred different accounts. None of them have this massive combination of onerous security related requirements! It is very time consuming! Secure passwords are long and complex. Does Genoa think it is quick and easy to remember, recall, and type in these things? Copy and pasting allows people to have many accounts and have different, long, complex passwords. Otherwise, people will resort to using the same passwords to different accounts just so they can remember it. And requiring 5 Security Questions? What was Genoa thinking? Were they thinking at all? Get real Genoa! I had thrown away the paper bill and envelope thinking that paying a bill online with Genoa will be just as easy as paying on my many other online accounts. Boy was I wrong! I tried calling to make a credit card payment. No human being answers their billing department's phone number. Ever. No automated phone system to pay a bill. The only options a message gives you is to go to their ridiculously onerous online bill payment system or to leave a message. The automated message then calmly tells you that they'll call you back in 24-48 business hours! So no weekends. Next time. I'll pay by mail. Thanks Genoa Healthcare. Now I'll have to go out and buy stamps and send you snail mail.... Read More

The pharmacy told me to call the billing office because I wanted to change my contract with them to remove autofill. The guy in the billing office seemed to have no clue what I was talking about or any idea regarding how to solve a relatively simple request.
