Remarkably good for a high volume pharmacy. Ease of filling prescriptions is good, will contact Dr. when needed. Staff is pleasant, caring and accommodating. Wait times reasonable, although it can be busy at times. Auto refill reminders available. Have used this pharmacy for years. Staff seems well-versed in insurance and Medicare rules.

I have shopped at this store regularly since July of this year. The location is convenient. Recently I have grown fatigued of the overbearing emphasis on security. Cameras, security gates, security guards, and needed items locked up to await a Fred Meyer associate, and a receipt review at exit. I am interrupted at the self check out at least once per visit for a clerks approval of some sort. If the goal was to get me to stop shopping here- mission accomplished! I don't spend thousands of dollars a year with Kroger to be treated like a criminal. I will find somewhere less 'Krogery' to shop.

This place is the absolute worst. I called in my new insurance and for some reason nobody entered in my information. I then go to the location in the evening and they won’t enter in my insurance. There is one opening to the store and you have to wait for the gates to open and have them mark your receipt like Costco costing me time to even get over to the pharmacy. The Asian lady that works there is always rude and wouldn’t enter in my insurance. You realize I am working multiple jobs to just pay for my healthcare and in a job that pays lower than yours with a bachelors degree?! I realize they can’t fix healthcare costs but please inform them of their customer service skills needs improvement and to have empathy for there customers.

I used to shop here multiple times a week, but am now driving to Winco in Kent. This place used to be a decent spot for groceries but now it's filled with so many sketch people & officers are constantly there now, even to check you're recent as if it's costco.. don't feel safe shopping here & with the constant amount of people asking me to pay for their groceries, officers and higher prices, it's not a fulfilling experience.

They almost always have my prescription in stock. Never very long lines when I've been there. Parking can be hard to get if need handicap. People hanging around out front and in parking lot can seem a bit sketchy at times. Sometimes it doesn't feel safe and we are anxious to get out of there.

Was overcharged for gas on Friday about noon. Asked for 15 dollars and did not realize he had charged my card $50. I didnt realize it didnt stop at $15, so I stopped it at 20.81. He was distracted and on phone entire time I was there, so he apologized and handed me a refund receipt for 29.19 and said it would be back on my card immediately. I checked with my bank, no refund has been processed by Fred meyer. Talked to a manager several times yesterday and found out at 3:45pm that I had to bring my receipts in because they dont have record of it. It took over an hour because traffic was bumper to bumper from shoreline where I am staying. When I got there that manager had gone home and I was told that the morning PIC would look into it. I called about 9am and talked to that person and she told me she was too busy too look into it . Ok so she is busy, I now have been waiting over 24 hours for an answer and almost 48 since the purchase. I just need to know if it was processed. If I dont receive a call by noon, Fred Meyer will lose our household as a customer and we spend alot there as it is the main place we shop. The trip to bring the receipts in used 1/2 the gas I bought on Friday, so maybe you owe me something for my trouble!

Is a sad matter of fact when a senior manager can't efficiently abide by state law! Manager Adrian and sidekick Sancho just contradicted Kroger. When purchasing liquor and cigarettes, it is NOT a state requirement to scan ones ID. It can be verified visually by management and manually entered. These yahoos had a power trip! Trust me fellas, it and you aren't that important. QFC has better customer service anyway.

Advertise items that require a 'digital coupon' (in small fine print) to get the true price - which involves downloading their app, signing up for an account, and finding a small digital coupon to scan. If you miss it, the $2 advertised item ended up costing $5. Shady as f*. This is how they get you with gotcha pricing - lure you in then price-gouge you.

This is a review of the Pharmacy at Fred Meyer Grocery. Specifically the pharmacy at 395 Renton Center Way! The only reason I gave one star is because it won't let I post without! Here we go people !!! Let me begin by saying this is the last time I will tolerate the rude staff at Fred Meyer Pharmacy in Renton, head pharmacist Jared is no peach either! He tolerates the techs being rude to customers or it wouldn't occur! I literally dread going to this pharmacy! His morning I went early after already receiving the text stating all three of my scripts are ready! I go to the window and only one is ready there is on tech there who is Asian and always tolerable! I'm sorry I did not catch her name! She said the other scripts would be ready tomorrow, I said no please I am out and cannot wait until tomorrow, she then said come back in 40 mins we'll I returned in 60 minutes giving them grace! The tech that helped me was rude and said no there is only one ready go sit down and I'll work on the other one! No please, no thank you, no I'm sorry the other is not ready and looked at me like something on her shoe! All the while the pharmacists is standing in ear shot! Dear sweet Jared! And yes I'm being sarcastic! I go stand and after about 10 minutes the rude clerk calls my name. I step to the counter low and behold she only has one bottle! I said oh no I am supposed to have two she then sighs real loud rolls her eyes and states very rudely "yeah I know" I'm getting it! I said look I'm am so sick of being treating with such disrespect here that is it I'm switching pharmacies! Location is one thing I do not care never ever again will I go to this pharmacy again enough is enough!! Please know the one lonely Asian gal is the only one that is tolerable mind you she isn't the thank you and good day type most likely from working in this den of inequity!!! I don't understand why these people get away with this! I am going to lodge a complaint with the state as well! They crossed the wrong nurse! Oh yeah Jared I am in healthcare! More to come Yelp more to come! Please people start going to a different pharmacy this pharmacy STINKS!!!! By the way it's repeated rude behavior for the past 3 months every time I go in! Clear pattern of abusing patrons!!!

A little slow, but I believe it's because they take their time with each customer. I appreciate their patience with me when I talk about my issues and situations and ask questions. I understand the need to change hours periodically and wish there was a way to communicate that with the public. I know there isn't a way to do so, so I will continue to wish. ? (That wish extends to every store or department that has specific hours. LOL) I also appreciate them being aware of the cost and directing me to different apps to save some money.
