Extremely disappointed with the service I received over the phone. The lady acted as if she was being put out when I asked if she could check on when a 3rd prescription would be ready. I'd rather drive to pick it all up at once but that was apparently to much and her vocal response left me feeling as if I was putting her out. Also one of the prescriptions had just been sitting there for days. Hard getting good help these days...

I went to get my script filled with the same insurance card I've used every other time I've gone and all of a sudden they said they weren't able to use it because it was "missing information". I went to CVS down by the landing and they said Fred Meyers should have called the insurance company if they were confused.
Before this I went to pick up a different script and they immediately went to the generic medication and said it wouldn't be in until Saturday. I asked about the actual script we were prescribed and they actually did have that in stock, but they didn't even bother to check. I used to come here for scripts but it's becoming more apparent the staff doesn't really know what they are doing. I don't feel comfortable coming back here.

I've been using this pharmacy for years. They have been very kind, helpful, and professional. Yesterday, my rx was sent in from the doctor's office. I was there less than an hour later and it was ready but needed to be processed with different insurance.
No worries. I did some shopping and went to the window a minute before lunch. I was told it was ready and they would process my transaction before the pharmacist closed the window. I'm happy they were able to get me out quickly even though I was impeding their lunch break.

What a terrible pharmacy. Tech is rude and condescending while being terrible at her job and lying through her teeth cutting me off whenever I tried to speak.Lied saying they called/texted me for a prescription confirmation for my insurance when they never did. then told me my insurance isn’t accepted. If she did her job I wouldn’t have had to waste my time coming out to find out my insurance wasn’t accepted and my prescription wasn’t filled.Apparently Premera Blue Cross isn’t accepted here. Never had trouble elsewhere.

I met two ladies at the drop off counter,and they both have so terrible attitude and speaks so rude. I will never go to this pharmacy any more!!!

Be prepared to wait in line for 20 minutes or more while the cashier takes forever and chit chats with the customers. Fred Meyer, shopping at your store is an experience in misery and frustration.

Located along Petrovitsky, this Freddy's is very accessible from any direction and has ample (though kind of disorganized) parking. I like their big selection of groceries and often find random unusual snacks that are difficult to find elsewhere. FYI - I noticed on my latest trip that they've increased security in the store, and a couple of uniformed guards were checking receipts at the exit like at Costco.

Gosh,The lady that answered the phone was so rude to me for absolutely no reason. I called to switch my insurance since I changed jobs and she had a horrible attitude, rushed and belittled me throughout the entire process. If you hate your job, find another. Don’t take it out on random people who did nothing to you.Awful

We have sed at this Fred Meyer for 15 years. It was always a joy to shop here, we knew everyone, including the manager, who who come out and help out when busy. Everyone was helpful. The employees were like family to us, and our youngest son worked here in high school and college. It had a cheerful and happy atmosphere. Now we worry about the sketchy people in the parking lot breaking into our car, the store is dirty, the employees sand around talking about how much they hate their jobs and the management. Produce is not fresh and store is sloppy. Filled with cheep crap from China. Love the jenky broken down shopping carts, the shelves spread out with stuff no one wants to make them look full. But the best is the security guard at the door checking receipts like you are a criminal! I handed them back my 30 year old rewards card and said keep it I will not be back!

How is it every year at this Cake department they can mess up a little child's birthday cake. Amazing. A $90 cake completely wrong. They offer a half price cake for a wrong birthday cake. Why not full price correct cake. Last time we come here for a birthday Cale. If you want a cheap cake with someone else's name on it. Just ask them what mess up they have in the back. Ridiculous . They even have the ticket for the correct cake but it did not match the ticket. They did not even double check to see if it was the same cake as on the ticket until handing me it. What a joke.

How can you not love Fred Meyer?!? They have everything! Everytime I come home from temporarily loving on the east coast I have to stop by this amazing instition!The only reason I'm giving it a 4star review is because the staffing seems a little tight. Last time I went there, no one was allowed on the clothes side because they were low on staff, which just seems like bad management and poor planning.

Poor attitude from Johnny. 9/2/2023 has a very poor attitude. As I started to write this I browsed the reviews. I was not surprised to see that other people have made similar complaints regarding this man’s rudeness. Any intelligent person would hope this problem has been addressed. I guess customer service is not important. Johnny needs to have customer service. Classes. I’m sorry he is having such a bad day (everyday). He needs to leave it in the parking lot. Or not work with the public.Here is the issue.Today I was filling prescriptions. I was asking that a prescription that was due to fill tomorrow could be filled today for a pickup tomorrow. Making it available first thing in the morning. Rather than having to call it in tomorrow and having to wait until the afternoon. Last month the pharmacy didn’t have enough to fill the prescription. Shorting the amount of days I had. Johnny very rudely told me I knew I was short. & had no right to fill early. I asked to speak to the pharmacist. As he walked away he turned & told me “just so you know. I don’t like your attitude”. I told him the feeling is mutual. Please let me talk to the pharmacist. “She is busy!” OK I can wait. I waited what seemed like a life time 8 minutes. Once I was able to make my request again I did complain about Johnny He was within hearing. Johnny kept interrupting and denying he had said this. This continued while I spoke to the pharmacist. I asked him to stay out of the conversation. He persisted Only this time he said “just so you know I don’t like your attitude. This time loud enough that there was no doubt that everyone heard him.As I finished up with the pharmacist. Who by the way was extremely polite & helpful. I’m requesting that this man not be allowed to wait on me going forward. Please this treatment was so bad that if this situation is not corrected I will change pharmacies.

Call to check their hours, phone says 6am, arrive at 6am and they don't open until 7. Someone should update their system to tell people the correct hours of operation.

Carol I believe she said her name was was extremely rude to my mom on the phone when asking if her prescription was ready. If I could give zero stars I would.
