The older white male associate (Russell I believe) at the Fuel Center is the most rude guy I’ve dealt with in a while. He goes out of his way to say condescending things to me and other customers. Everytime I get gas I pray he’s not working. He clearly hates his job and life and projects his aggression toward others.

Located along Petrovitsky, this Freddy's is very accessible from any direction and has ample (though kind of disorganized) parking. I like their big selection of groceries and often find random unusual snacks that are difficult to find elsewhere. FYI - I noticed on my latest trip that they've increased security in the store, and a couple of uniformed guards were checking receipts at the exit like at Costco.

We have sed at this Fred Meyer for 15 years. It was always a joy to shop here, we knew everyone, including the manager, who who come out and help out when busy. Everyone was helpful. The employees were like family to us, and our youngest son worked here in high school and college. It had a cheerful and happy atmosphere. Now we worry about the sketchy people in the parking lot breaking into our car, the store is dirty, the employees sand around talking about how much they hate their jobs and the management. Produce is not fresh and store is sloppy. Filled with cheep crap from China. Love the jenky broken down shopping carts, the shelves spread out with stuff no one wants to make them look full. But the best is the security guard at the door checking receipts like you are a criminal! I handed them back my 30 year old rewards card and said keep it I will not be back!

How is it every year at this Cake department they can mess up a little child's birthday cake. Amazing. A $90 cake completely wrong. They offer a half price cake for a wrong birthday cake. Why not full price correct cake. Last time we come here for a birthday Cale. If you want a cheap cake with someone else's name on it. Just ask them what mess up they have in the back. Ridiculous . They even have the ticket for the correct cake but it did not match the ticket. They did not even double check to see if it was the same cake as on the ticket until handing me it. What a joke.

How can you not love Fred Meyer?!? They have everything! Everytime I come home from temporarily loving on the east coast I have to stop by this amazing instition! The only reason I'm giving it a 4star review is because the staffing seems a little tight. Last time I went there, no one was allowed on the clothes side because they were low on staff, which just seems like bad management and poor planning.

Call to check their hours, phone says 6am, arrive at 6am and they don't open until 7. Someone should update their system to tell people the correct hours of operation.

BEWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS! A man stole my grocery cart, I'm assuming he thought I left my purse unattended, because I left a re-usable canvas grocery tote in there. Regardless be aware of purse snatchers! For safety concerns I will not be going back to this Fred Meyer and will be doing my grocery shopping elsewhere. I'm sure that this in-store incident could extend to the parking lot if you were alone and vulnerable. If Fred Meyer or the community want to keep an eye out the person who did this was a lean white male, about 5'9 wearing all black (pants, shirt and jacket with a hood). He was pushing around a random cart, abruptly stopped then ran away with mine. This incident happened 11/6/2022 at about 1:30 PM in the storage bin aisle.

Today I had the most upsetting experiences at the Fred Meyers store Benson Plaza. I attempted to buy seafood at the meat counter. There was no sales associate behind the counter so I waited. Numerous times I looked around but I did not see any employees. I gently knocked on the window display. An employee walked behind me and said 'you don't have to knock on the glass'. I was not sure I heard her correctly so I said 'I can't tap on the glass?' she said no because I was being rude. She was aggressive in her interaction with me so I apologized because it was not my intent to disrespect anyone. In order not to escalate the situation with her, I asked to speak the supervisor. I was told they were on break so I said I would wait. After waiting a length of time I asked to speak to the store manager. The store manager Josh D. came and I explained what happen. I ask that he reviews any camera footage so he could view the interaction. In my 65 years I have never had anyone call me rude! Her behavior towards me was SHOCKING because I did nothing to warrant her attack and calling me names. I did notice while talking to Josh D the store manager she was friendly and courteous to any subsequent customers that she served behind the counter. The only variable was that I am African American so I'm guessing it was TOTALLY acceptable to speak to me in that manner. I was so upset I decided not to purchase the salmon fillets. Josh D did offer to have someone else serve me but I declined. He also offered to compensate me the fillets I was planning to purchase. I also declined the nice offer. Free fish does not and would not make me feel better and I had items in my shopping cart and declined to purchase. He offered to put the items back because I was about to cry. Josh D was very courteous and walked me out of the store and stated he would investigate what happened. With all that said, I will NEVER shop at a Fred Meyers again. You know it was bad when you turn down free stuff. My humanity is worth more than a couple of salmon fillets!

Go to grocery store since it's a good one stop shop. Price is decent but not the best but it's close to home and fairly clean.

This used to by a nice Fred Meyers and I like shopping here. Not anymore!!! Somdone thought it would be a good idea to put "displays", those free standing ones down many of the aisle, at an angle no less, making it impossible to get two carts down at the same time. Today, even the center, big walkway was way too crowded with displays. Just stop and keep the shelves full!!! At the register, one cashier was supposedly "closed", yet she is taking random customers through, REALLY!!! Tried to talk to a store manager, but they couldn't be bothered, they were just getting off a conference call, where are the other manager??? I will give 5 stars to the pharmacy. Always fast and pleasant to work with! Probably going to change our pharmac, as I don't want to shop this store. What a pity they are losing busines.

Second experience with Rachel Faivre in the pharmacy at this location. Everyone else in this pharmacy is friendly and helpful, but this particular employee looks like she absolutely hates her job... her look on her face when interacting with her, and her annoyed tone in her voice and rude comments about not being able to hear you or understand you rather than just asking if you can please say it again. We are wearing masks and you work in a grocery store where it is loud what do you expect?Would recommend the pharmacy but not her.

I'm not 100% sure what it is, but this is probably my least favourite Fred Meyer. Bakery isn't as good as the other locations to the point I don't even bother to look. Overall the store seems...smaller? More "meh"? I stop by this location here and there when I'm having a hard time sourcing certain veggies, but it's usually a bust. The one on 240th is overall better for the items that I like to buy. Maybe skip this one unless the others are out of your way.

What a waste of time. I asked for an item in electronics, and the kid could've not been more rude. What a waste of time. Then, I try to buy a work coat. All their coats are locked up, sure I get that, but when there is LITERALLY NO ONE TO UNLOCK THEM THEN ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO SELL THEM. As a store, you should know this, but apparently all their items are marked to stay. Don't waste your time, as there are other places to go to get better service and goods. Stores like this are why brick and mortar businesses are failing at unprecedented rates.
