Rates nearly doubled in the last couple of years. So I got a couple quotes and left a voicemail and email, asking for a call back and a date that I could cancel my policy. They didn't reply. Four days later, I see a cancellation of automatic payments. They had cancelled my policy without notifying me and left me unknowingly uninsured and at risk. When I brought up my concerns. She did not even acknowledge her mistake and hung on me. Completely disappointing and unprofessional.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I would never recommend this office to anyone. As a customer of farmers with this office for over 15 years, they were absolutely no help when my husband and I were in an accident. We have automatic withdrawal, have NEVER been late on a payment BUT are insurance was canceled without our knowledge anyway.
We even talked to the office the week it was supposedly canceled and Tanya never said a word!!
This Farmer's insurance office, with Bridget and Tanya, will NOT help you and DO NOT CARE, please do not use this group! I am was blown away at getting no help or customer service when we actually needed it. Over 15 years, and learned what I never saw coming. They are cold and do not deserve your business.

As a senior widow I have nothing but an appreciation for the service I’ve received from Bridget and her staff for my insurance needs. I know nothing about insurance of any kind and Bridget has handled all my needs at super prices for what I get. Unfortunately, I did need to file a claim for an accident that was my fault. Luckily for me the staff made me feel at easy and handled all the details. Can’t say enough and I’d recommend Bridget Kemahli to my friends,

Dorian has been great over the 8 years or so I've been with this branch.

I started working with Bridget Kemahli and her staff back in 2007, and I have not changed the insurance company since then. I worked with many different insurance companies and even another Farmers local agent, but always felt out of touch for what I was looking for. Bridget and her staff are always responsive, address insurance inquiries promptly, and I always appreciate the personal communications. Dorian is my go to person for taking care of anything related to insurance policies. She is always personable, very knowledgeable, and responds to my e-mail inquiries within 24-48 hours! Highly recommend!

Their office is in the same building as ours so we decided to try them out and I'm SO glad we did! They found us a very affordable policy and had all the details ironed out in the same day! Great communication, friendly and positive attitude...we are very satisfied customers! Dorian really knows the insurance business and Tanya is a great assistant. Highly recommend!!

I made changes to my insurance and ended up with a canceled policy that I didn't cancel. I spoke with them about it and they said they needed my account information so they could collect payments. I did not give them any information on that, due to the fact they were still charging my debit card every month. Then they wanted me to prove it by coming in with my bank statements. I work out of town for long periods of time so I wasn't available. I'm back in town and I have my statement to prove the payment, now I just need to get a ride down there after my 10 to 12 hour work day (because of canceled policy) that I pay for every month but somehow they can't keep track of. It's all to typical now days of insurance companies and banks. There to big to fail and apparently to big to keep track of all the money they take in, and to big to be bothered by their clients and put the onus on you to fix the problem.
