I called Gadget Fix and Mike was so exceptional and kind helping me find a solution. I brought my phone in a few days later and right there on the spot he examined it and gave me the information I needed to determine if I should spend the money for a repair. I opted to get a new screen. In less than 1.5 business days he had my phone ready to go, good as new. Highly recommend Gadget fix for any of your electronics needs. “I had a great experience with Nortech. My LG OLED TV was busted and past the 1 year manufacturer warranty. I called up Nortech and they quickly sent a tech to diagnose. Unfortunately the entire main motherboard had to be replaced, which they ordered and then promptly replaced at my home after it had arrived. They were upfront and accurate with their estimate of the full price to repair. Most importantly, the TV works great now. An added bonus was that they helped me fill out the required form so I could file a claim through my AMEX extended warranty program. I would recommend Nortech anytime I have TV trouble in the future.”
