While everyone was polite; (especially the receptionist if it was just the receptionist my 5 stars rating may of been awarded.) I am not sure if this fiscal advisor was trying: to help me out or was committing some kind of "fiscal intelligence snobbery" when they found out that my account had "such little money in it". I don't mind a leg up , but if that is what they call good service I am sure whom ever comes their way better have something that I do not. Maybe they were saving me from another hellish relationship inside the bounds of the Edward Jones racket. To her credit she was more than willing to stand her ground, and pass on my 592$ account to some corporate office crony who doesn't have a brick and mortar home base. (And they wondered why I have a hard time working with this company. Everyone is always bossing me around about my personal investment, BULLISH BEARS who keep so much of it for themselves.) Maybe they we be willing work with you dear investor I don't know, as for me, I must and will take my business else where. Thank you for increasing my reoccurring headache called Edward Jones-Financial Advisors. Best of luck to you my fellow investor. P.S. sorry for the length of this review I had much more to say about my First encounter, but i didn't wanna bore/scare the reader to much seeing that investing is a wise choice.
