The best place to shop for Moisananite Jewelry, they have great Customer Service, there is a wait for your custom made pieces, but in a months time you get a perfect piece of jewelry that will last you from generation to generations. I highly recommend them, they even did a custom piece for me just by seeing a photo they were able to make me a magnificent ring.

Customer service and the design team is wonderful. Answered all my questions and helped me design several pieces. Quality is by far the best and so are the prices. I omn 10 pieces so far and just aided 3 more to my collection. And can't wait to add more.

Customer service is great, they accommodated my change request with a quick response and fair handling of promotional rate. The piece itself (tennis bracelet) was also very well made, probably the best at the price point, my wife loved it.

I wouldn't go anywhere else! I got cheaply made inauthentic moissanite rings from three different sellers online, so receiving my engagement ring from doveggs was such a relief and a pleasure!

I interacted with them via email (not in the showroom), and I have to say that their response was always swift and professional, and they even double checked that I got my refund. Nice variety of bands, too.

Horrible company. They state easy and hassle free returns and then ignore your emails, when you let them know you want to return. Buyer beware if you spend the money and dislike you will be stuck with it.

THIS is really cool! I ordered from DovEggs Jewelry and I was VERY surprised to get a CAD preview for approval, the customer service emails and responses to my questions were immediate & ON-POINT! The photos after my rings were done BLEW ME AWAY! I've ordered from 'other' jewlers in the past and not received a ¼ of the customer service I have from DovEggs. I'll be a repeat customer FOR SURE & cannot say enough good about the experience. THANK YOU for making one of the most important purchases of my life such a warm and pleasant experience!

I received an absolutely beautiful necklace and could not be happier. The NAGL certification folks did not ship my order in time, but the DovEggs customer service helped me the entire way. Although it did make it after Christmas, they did their best to make sure I was a happy customer.I will be buying from DovEggs again.

I cannot say enough about the service I received. I worked with Yucy on a custom moissanite engagement ring and am thrilled with the results. Despite me making several design changes, I received my ring in about 2 weeks time. All of my questions were answered promptly, and back and forth communication couldn't have been more friendly. My ring is everything I wanted it to be. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I’m glad my hubby bought me a moissanite engagement ring from DovEggs, it is definitely very very sparkling and superb high quality details. No one can tell it from a diamond, and I won’t tell if they don’t ask. But I’m proud to have a moissanite, they are too pretty to be an alternative of diamond, they are their own gemstone.
