I'm not sure what is going on at this store but about every weekend the lines are to long about 12-15 people waiting with one cashier I don't even see mgt helping with the lines.

Google says it opens at 8am. You get to the store ( Renton) and there's a sign saying it opens at 9am. Plz fix

There is a Dollar Tree closer to my house, but I find that this one is better organized, cleaner and will have products that are often out of stock at other stores. Just remember that this is a Dollar Tree and set your expectations accordingly.

The cashier was so sweet. Management however, different story last time I checked you don’t need THREE of them locked up in the office counting ONE till and then when we asked the old lady who is the main manager for a bathroom she very rudely said THEY ARE CLOSED SINCE COVID no apologize and mind you there is no sign saying that on the doors of the bathrooms. I’m shocked in what dollar tree hires as management now. The poor cashier had at least 15 people in line and no one stepped in to help.

Felt a bit of discrimination, usually when I walk in I get a “Welcome in”, today the new YT lady with blonde hair at the register said “hello” “welcome in” to every YT person that walked in behind me. At checking out she basically threw the change in my hand but was so polite and genuine to everyone else.

This is for the location near Sunset.They are always short on staff & inventory. The Supervisor does her best but she can only do with what she's got.But I guess you can expect too much from a location like this?Midas 2-stars for the selection & staffing.

I worked here for about 6 months. All the things I see in the reviews are valid. They are understaffed, which causes the workers a lot of stress. I got injured on the job and was fired for something I didn’t do so they could avoid workers comp. I was assaulted by an employee and the manager just decided to change the schedule so we don’t have to work together anymore. I was hired as the assistant manager and I could not have any control over how things were going. I was constantly pressured to do things that I was uncomfortable with physically or mentally.

Stacie sales associate Store#7848 Renton WA 96056. Stacie was outstanding totally under control multitasking cashier customer service associate. WOW focus friendly professional. Give her some kudos. She cashiered greeted everybody as they entered, she was calm cool friendly and cashiered flawlessly with a 10 person line, she put a cart away, did fill up a balloon order, all with caring, friendly, professional and with a big friendly smile, when i complemented her, she graciously said I have alot of experience no problems. Maybe the very best customer service experience EVER and it was in line at a Dollar Tree. 5-stars Stacie. Aloha Mahalo.
