Tonight I was in there I asked the cashier I need balloon she didn’t give me and she was very rude. I told her other women will come for help because she told me she will come but cashier didn’t give me balloon not good place I don’t know who is manager but I would like to talk with them I know they don’t care

Ive been shopping at location for 8 years, dollar tree isn't how it used to be.
The newer assistant manager they hired is a joke. He does the bare minimum of work. And now when I went down he had the store closed with customers waiting outside. With no explanation of why.
Corporate needs to pay this location a surprise visit ASAP.

They close at 10pm for weekdays but they blocked the door saying nobody is allowed to enter the store at 7:36pm!

Came to this location at 8 o clock. When clearly online AND the door say they close at 9pm. Doors were locked and employee was very rude!!

Why says they are open and they put a sign that they will open at 7pm and it is not true, here we are waiting.

Sign says open at 9am but it's not even open until 10am atleast change the sign so that the public would be aware of the changes in any. Very ghetto.

The lady who managedhere was disrespectful and rude.i have minor disability that causes me to be slow sometimes. I was reading books in the book section trying to find one I wanted. Then I used the restroom. As I was getting ready to check out the wiman came and kicked me out of the store and embarrassed me in front if everyone there s everyone outside. Then she smirked and told me to "go ask the dude standing out front of the store for some spare change." Of which I'm positive he was a sex offender... Waste of my time and a waste of my dignity.

This Dollar Tree in Renton is amazing! You walk in and the cashier says, "Welcome to Dollar Tree!" Never heard that at other DT stores. The store is very clean and ORGANIZED! I found what I needed quickly w/o searching through piles of stuff! Friendly cashiers!

The cashier who was working on January 17, 2024 at 5:30 PM was such an amazing person. She showed generosity and care for her customers and made everybody feel welcome when they walked in. I am an Office Manager at an Orthodontic office, so I can appreciate a great employee. Please recognize her as she truly deserves it.

I went there for shopping, and wanted to use restroom. Asked nicely this manager face for the key and he replied “ NO !!!! NO PUBLIC RESTROOM “. Am like i guess am a customer i guess, i had to leave my shopping and get out !!
