Must be awesome! Last July, walked by and caught a glimpse of outdoor backside training gym they had set up. That day there was also a young Asian man who was about 6.5 and had 4ft wide pecs. Hunk! Reason alone to go and get slim!

Since August 2020, I have called, emailed, and sent a certified letter to Dojo 3 to not auto-renew a 12 month dance fitness membership for another year. I received no response from Dojo 3 for months. This week I receive two emails from Dojo 3 letting me know of my failure to make monthly payment for my membership and that I will be sent to collections if they don't hear back. Beware of this business, they go by Dojo3 or Krav Maga Renton. They moved from 900 S Grady Way and now located at 801 S 3rd Street - Suite E, Renton WA 98057.

I have emailed this gym 8 times, and called them 6 times since August 23 to try and cancel my 2020-2021 membership. I have not heard from them. This is not the first time they have evaded my billing questions, and, based on many reviews I have seen, I am not the only person.

I originally liked the dance classes, but it's been over a year and they are still debiting my credit card even after the year. I have emailed several times, called day in and day out, messaged them on instagram (they deleted my message with no response), messaged them on Facebook, left voice messages and no response. Based on other reviews it sounds like they like to fraud people by hoping you don't check your credit cards. But even if you do, they will just ignore you to try to take your money. I would personally go down there, but I moved away to CA. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS / CREDIT CARDS. Going on 16 months, 4 of those months unauthorized. I'm going to have to call my bank and cancel which is a pain to re-link my new CC to all my accounts.

My wife has been trying to cancel her membership for months. She called and left voicemail messages. She left several emails as they instructed. No one responded and they kept charging her monthly fee. This is reckless and wrong. What a terrible organization. Check your emails and respond to voicemail. Be careful with these guys--they will take your money even if you no longer need their service.

I recently had an injury and I won't be able to do strenuous exercise for a long time. My doctor wrote me a note to cancel my membership with Dojo3 and they didn't responded to me filing the cancelation, my phone calls, or my emails, and continued to charge me over $100/month for the gym I can't use until I blasted them on Facebook. Now they've reimbursemented me and canceled my membership. The classes themselves are awesome, but the office side of things could use some work. Just something to be aware of before you sign up for their year long membership

Scam! After a year of paying and never attending a single class...I still can’t get anyone to call or email me back. “Free challenge” is a scam! Scam scam. It’s a huge shame for Krav Maga community. They’re the only other affiliated gym besides downtown Seattle in the area and They bank on that by scamming! Shame. Scam!!

My children took the virtual class trial for Krav Maga with Coach MC. My 8 year old loves it! He’s excited he gets to learn self defense and I am excited he gets to release energy. My 4 year old jumps in and out when she’s not being shy and my 11 year old also does when he’s not being too “cool”. Coach MC is a great teacher! He explains everything very well and keeps the kids entertained and excited through the entire class. I would highly recommend taking his class!

Poor infrastructure-- do not have a standard monthly rate, do not provide you with a copy of contract; no standard documentation. Free challenge is a SCAM. Poor customer service. Poor communication. Had to cancel my credit card to stop being charged. Did love the classes, but it's hard to get to if you work a 9-5pm. Not worth it.

A little frustrated because I called a couple weeks ago to remove my boxing and keep my dance fitness. They said it was ok and was told it was removed but just last week they charged my card for boxing and dance, but was told I was going to be charged for dance class. I called and left voicemail last week to see what is going on and to reverse the charge but no one called me back. Called again today and still no answer. I emailed and still no responds. Can someone pls call me back and get this resolved?
