I purchased 6 tires from this Discount Tire store for my RV, and went back a week later for the install. I brought Borg Valve Stems with me to be installed as well. I asked a ton of questions, brought my own inch-pound torque wrench (they had their own, but some tire shops don't), and hovered like a bee on a flower full of pollen, and they were GREAT! They listened to me, didn't mind my lurking, and did a great job installing my tires and stems. A month later and I've had zero issues. Thank you Discount Tires in the Renton Highlands for a job well done!

Went in with appointment for small screw patch/plug repair. Took over hour and next day my tire was completely flat. Job done incorrectly/poorly. No charge but unsafe work and no priority to appointments are unacceptable.

I needed a rebalance and rotation on my truck because I was experiencing some vibrations. The online appointment scheduler made it easy to find a convenient time. When I came for my appointment they estimated an hour and it only look 45 mins.

Excellent customer service and quality tire choices.
I called at 8am, ordered tires that were delivered to this shop same day to have put on my car!
One employee went above and beyond because the ordered tires went to the wrong store, he Johannes, got in his personal truck to go pick them up.
So much gratitude to this team keeping my car safe on the road to care for patients in their homes around King county!!!!
