I have been waiting in line for 45 minutes seeing zero movement. This is the fourth time we have been here in the past week, trying to pick up a single prescription, of which the pharmacy denies all knowledge. I have confirmation that my medical provider has transmitted the prescription at least three different times. The end result is I that have not had medication for five days, and I'm going to stay in this line as long as it takes today and then move my prescription anywhere else.

It was close to closing, so the pharmacy was closed. I needed some cold medicine, but it was locked up inside the pharmacy. Grab a fruit bar for the drive back home.

Expect to wait a while in line for prescription pick up. This location always seems understaffed.

Convenient place and well stocked store. Staff are friendly including the pharmacy. Pretty much has everything!

This place used to be good now the service has gone down hill. This will be one example from my many visits. I came in on a Saturday and handed them my prescription. They asked if I can pick it up after lunch since they're about to go on lunch. I said I I don't come back today I'll stop by the next day. They said my medication would be ready when I come back. I ended coming back on Monday, 2 days later, and I medication wasn't ready. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes and left because I had to pick up my kid from the daycare.

I’m a bargain shopper. CVS is hands down my preferred retailer over Target. For deals and discounts, it’s fantastic. It can’t be compared to Target which carries everything from blankets to pots and pans, but for essentials like shampoos and toothpastes, etc., I have a better chance of scoring a deal at CVS than I do at Target. The secret is to wait for their special deals and coupons. The only problem with CVS is their limited locations and items frequently not in stock. I’ve been to many of the CVS locations but this location, in particular, is cleaner and better stocked than many other stores in the nearby Seattle area with good clean parking.

Pharmacy really needs to learn how to give out the correct information to people. I have adjusted and created so much havoc with work to pick up medication they said would be here just to be told never mind and wait two more days then the pharmacist behind them says later that day instead? And the app says a complete other thing? This is insane and needs a complete re organization or training or something because something isn't working at this specific location as far as communication is going. Other than that it's fine I guess.

Kind of a bummer to be the first in line for pickup a few minutes before closing time and then being turned away 1 minute before close. This happened while watching an employee run back into the pharmacy saying he didn’t realize it was Saturday. Could have handed me my ready prescription and checked me out in the usual 30 seconds. I suppose it’s their right to close right when it hits closing time, they just weren’t very polite about it. Felt bad that they all were watching me stand in line. It’s not like anyone was behind me in line, either.

Do not give a time on a doctors phone in order when a order is going to be ready and not have it ready. I can walk-in, drop off a prescription and have it filled faster at Fred Meyer Pharmacy at Benson Center than wait the additional 20 minutes past the time you quoted that my prescription would be ready.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. The pharmacy staff is especially wonderful, the cashiers are professional, kind and helpful.

We were in this CVS Pharmacy last week for our COVID booster, senior flu and RSV shots. My wife made appointments for us but mine was not showing on CVS monitors upon arrival. Brent after searching sent me to the Minute Care area to determine if my appointment had been scheduled there. Suddenly my phone showed a confirmed time. Going back to Brent, he could not bring it up again. At that point he said he would just redo it.I have never seen anyone with his keyboard skills. Holy mackerel, those fingers were flying across those keys in a blur. In a moment, my appointment was in the system and I was ready with my wife for our shots. I appreciate Brent for searching their data base, attempting to see if the computer had scheduled me elsewhere, then fixing the problem in an extremely competent manner. The Pharmacist was good too. We had questions which he answered as he prepared the vaccines and administered them.

The pharmacy never answers the phone. As I type this there are five calls on hold and not a one is even trying to answer phones. Don't bother to call, nobody here cares. Just go in like I had to. Or find a better pharmacy.

They charged me for online COVID consultation but the consultation never happened - nobody called me at the arranged time.I tried calling the pharmacy but they said they didn't have access to the system for those consultations. They promised to call me back but they never did.Right now, I'm on a phone call with CVS support to get a refund, was transferred 4 times already, spent 2 hours, no result...

Been waiting 30 minutes past our vaccine appointment time. Generally rude. Expensive. Store is dirty.
