Please please please do not rent from this place.
1-Bad maintenance
2-Not safe area.. We hear gunshots all the team in the area at night time and the office doesn’t provide gates, cameras, or security.
3-No A/C in many units or fans and it’s super hot in the summer. We sweat even the air conditioner we purchased on our own doesn’t cool the place.
4-When moving in, nobody is available most of the time and the way they work is very bad. They don’t show up to meet you, they try to do it virtually.
5-Moved in and the apartment wasn’t cleaned at all. It was very dirty.
6-The doors don’t lock with a normal key, it’s a keyless entry with keypad and passcode and the office walks in on people many times even if you tell them when maintenance comes don’t let them in without our permission…

This place is financially cursed, billing is always a problem. Guess what no phone number to call either.
Everything is on apps how you conversate with requests, services, billing. It's so annoying.
Don't move here, very complicated to understand. The office will say one thing but then you have to deal with billing from people not even on site through email after email.
Omg do not move here.
STAY AWAY

After signing the lease for an apartment for a specific date, the apartment wasn’t ready for move in until 4 days later. On top of this, when I moved in the place hadn’t been properly cleaned. There was mold on the windows and on the floor near the windows, there was still bathroom products in the drawers and cabinets, and mold in the dishwasher. To top it off, they had the audacity to tell me they would cover the cleaning expenses when I moved out but they ended up charging me even though I left the place cleaner than when I moved in. I lived here for a year and the tenants didn’t abide by the rules so there was trash out on the balcony that smelled like rotten fish which would waft into my apartment if I left my windows open. Plus the tenants were loud any time of day or night throwing parties until 4 am and then kids getting up around 6-7 even on the weekend and start screaming and playing. Definitely not a nice place to live. Steer clear.

Don't live here, the managers are the worst, they treat you very badly, there are no parking spaces and the managers are waiting for the smallest detail so that the tow truck can take your car. I can't wait until my rent is up so I can get out of here. A manager left and a worse one arrived.

Where do I start.
1. Move in
You won't talk to anyone, you'll need to digitally access their app, register & go through a lengthy process just to get an appointment.
Remember.. all digital, no one to talk to.
Then when you show up you'll receive an unlock code to open the door. You don't get to talk to anyone. It's only through text messages are you fiddling with trying to talk back and forth with someone. Very impersonal experience
2. Fee after fee
This place is not worth the prices they are asking. Every car port is charged no matter what. There isn't enough space for a friend to park, they have only 8 car ports for visitors that require a QR code to pay a fee. Every single time. Literally no where else to park
3. Apps and apps
Everything is through texting and apps to get ahold of anyone & payment system
4. Moving out fees
Automatic $400 cleaning fee they surprise you at the end. "Enterprise Cleaning" they call it
Charges: car port charge, washer, dryer charge.. I've never been to a place that causes so much headache reaching out to the office.
They have a system you need to text in order to get anything done.

At first I figured the car break ins won't happen to me, right? Unfortunately my motorcycles ignition was ruined while someone tried to steal it. The parking is way to costly and they're is no security cameras for any of the expensive parking fees. Plethora buildings with multiple rentable rooms, but only one place to dump trash and recycling. Rats and Mice near the playground and dog/pet park. Our building had multiple issues, fridge died, garbage disposal died, tub was removed and replaced without fully sealing it. The buildings are also very old, everything gets painted over, we found dead beetles painted into the walls on the patio/balcony. Only nice thing here was a gym that was Barley used. I'm sure there are nice things that I could of added but the negatives just outweighs and positives.

I recently toured crown pointe and really loved the community. The apartment looked great and the leasing person was very helpful!

Took a tour of one of the units today. Found a dead cockroach and cockroach feces in a newly renovated unit. When asked if there was a history of bug problems, the leasing agent blatantly lied and said that there’s never been an issue.

i have never lived somewhere with so many plumbing issues, maintenance can never seem to fully fix. it smells vaguely of mold and the property management puts almost $0 into keeping the apartments new / fresh. i promise there are better cheap places to live than here. save yourself.

Updated Review:My second car, in a spot that I rent from the apartment, had the back passenger window smashed in, and they screwed the transmission trying to steal the car.My downstairs neighbor has had their window broken at least three times. My upstairs neighbor had several thousand dollars in ski equipment stolen from his car.We are leaving when our lease is up. I've reached out to the apartments to find out if any measures or security will be hired. There is no parking lot cameras.I was also followed by who I assume was an unhoused individual. I was cornered on the third floor of the J building, and when I knocked on all of the neighbors doors and screamed for help, not a single person opened their door (even though people were there).I will be moving once my lease is up. It's just not a secure part of town anymore, I guess.By the way, the "heated" pool is freezing and not swimmable in the summer time. The review from Sarah Brandt-Erichson was me on my work account:If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would. My experience, from looking for a place to rent to now has been absolutely phenomenal. I guess I should preface with I'm in the beginning stages of a separation of marriage in which I left my home I've owned for several years...on really short notice. Yikes. I've also rented in several other cities, and am in real estate, so I have pretty high standards-even for affordable housing options (at least I feel like I do lol).Anyways, I started my apartment search on a Monday at Crown Pointe. I loved that they had a self-guided tour (I'm introverted and also in Real Estate-I can identify a kitchen from a living space lol). It was nice to be able to look at different units at my own pace, and the person assigned to help me, Bradi, was really responsive with any questions I had. I decided this was my place. It was close to my kiddo's school, not too far from my work, seemed nice. Loved the finishes on some of the units and when compared to a 39' RV, a 600+ square foot apartment honestly seems like a mansion.I ended up needing to be out of my current situation on a Sunday, not even a week later. I started the application process on Thursday, stressed out thinking I'd be on the streets. The office staff was absolutely wonderful at pushing everything through for me to get me into my apartment on Saturday. It was such a wonderful kindness that they did for me, and I am so thankful for all of them. When I moved in, I noticed the oven didn't work, so I made a maintenance request. A few days later, and I have a brand new stove! So awesome! Shout out to Alex, who also came prepared with candy for my very outgoing little lady. You became her new bestie LOL!I love the smart lock on the door (as someone constantly losing my keys and anything else on my person). The neighbors have been wonderful, quiet, and so kind. The amenities are beautiful (my kiddo loves the indoor play area and climbing wall, along with the outdoor playground and swimming pool that we have not swam in yet due to it being too chilly for my taste lol), the location couldn't get any more affordable for being right next to Issaquah either. They have a flexible rent option that allows you to split the payment into bimonthly options. It's a really cool concept that I wish more communities offered. It's a huge relief. There are a few reviews about vehicles being broken into. The staff was pretty up front about it being a thing that happens, but I gotta say, it seems really secure and I've had no issues.Walkability is great too. You're right down the street from a QFC, Safeway, tons of Taco joints (which is great for me, as a native Texan), and pretty much anything you could need. I love that I can start working some of my flab off.Anyways, I highly recommend this community if you are searching for a good rental home. Thanks, Crown Pointe!

I’ve just reached 6 months here and the experience has been good so far.. Neighbors in my building are respectful and keep to themselves, fairly quiet (with the exception of some loud cars on the main road) and my parking spot has always felt safe. If you’re paying for your spot, there is no reason you should have issues as some reviewers have mentioned. It is an older building from the 80s with some wear and tear, however there are some decent upgrades like touch less keypad/app entry, hard wood floors and stainless steel appliances. If you know about the area and have your expectations in check, it’s sure to be a 5 star place for you as well. I moved out here from Mercer island expecting much worse, but I have been pleasantly surprised.Pros:- Relative affordability for the area (around the corner from Newcastle/ Bellevue)- Nice maintained club house and gym- Proximity to Groceries and local Mexican and asian restaurants- keyless entry is more convenient than I expected- Grounds are regularly maintained, doggy waste bags replaced often- On-site manager Jesse is great.Cons:- Sound proofing is not as good as in newer buildings. So you will hear people walking upstairs above you.- Management company UDR has some pretty annoying fees: $60 to pay with debit card, $92 late fee

Not sure why my previous review was deleted. But please avoid this place. The management is terrible. Also the rent is really high even for this area. You can find duplexes for the same price or cheaper. They also don’t have enough parking so if you get off work later than 5 you’re usually walking 2-3 blocks to get home. Also you’d think for the price you pay here the grounds would be kept better. But this winter me and my neighbors had to shovel the walkways because it took them forever to do it.Also don’t expect your deposit back. I spent an entire day cleaning and only got $25 dollars back. They nickel and dime everything. This is the only place where I haven’t gotten my full deposit back. So glad I had only signed a 6 month lease with them and found an actual house for the same price. I couldn’t bear to have been there much longer.
