AMAZING SERVICE!!! i had a really positive experience going to this location. i'd suggest going around 3-4ish. it started getting more busy around 5-6PM. the staff was lovely and made it super easy to switch my phone over. 10/10!

I came on a Sunday afternoon, when they open at noon. I get there at 1:45 and they are “at lunch” until 2:15. I HAVE to come to the store because I cannot get an eSim online for my son’s Android phone. I also cannot order a new regular sim because Cricket won’t let me.Way to waste my time. Cricket is quickly losing all of its luster and it is time to start looking for a better option.

Five stars for customer service here. Benjamin the manager went about and beyond to get my replacement iPhone working when the QR code for the eSIM did not work. Cricket Wireless customer service line, however, was unhelpful and had long hold times.

I returned the item back to cricket but didn't receive the refund I spent a total of 12 hours making this. I purchased an item for 200 dollars. Is that normal for getting a refund from cricket? Most parts of my calls had been disconnected on the most important part of these calls. This is weird! And yes, never go to cricket back!
