Nice that drive thru remains open, as many Chase have closed theirs. Friendly staff. Never a problem with ATM.

I've had several bad experiences at this particular branch in Renton. Just when I thought my past issues have been resolved, I gave them a 4th chance because it's nearby. I go there today and run into an issue that they assured me last time we're not being issued again. They give me a slip of paper with a customer service number to call, which is already an inconvenience. and when I called they say they are unable to help me until my deposit is processed 2 to 3 days from now. I Never had an issue with Chase Bank in Lakeland Hills And I've had my account for More than a decade. I believe it is just this branch and would recommend to anyone to drive out of your way to go elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle!! Hoping to make someone's day go easier.

THE ATM MACHINES NEVER WORK. BOTH OF THEM ARE DOWN. How aren't the atms being serviced, this is two days in a row. It's so inconvenient, now I have to drive again to another chase ATM location just to pull cash. Please get new ATMS or fix them asap for your customers.

This review is for the great service that I got from Lee W., my mortgage banker at Chase! He is incredibly detail-orientated and will take the time to call you and explain everything to you. If you have any questions about getting a mortgage, then call Lee. Especially if you're a first time home buyer, get Lee on your home buying team. He will answer all of your questions for you so that you can understand all aspects of the home loan and help you provide the preapproval letters needed to put an offer on a house. The preapprovals were very important for me because the hot market forced me get new letters at higher amounts. Definitely choose Lee for your mortgage needs! He's the best!

Terrible customer service. Staff makes you wait when you are the only customer needing to talk to someone besides a teller. Will not be going back to this branch.

Came in right at 9 to get some paperwork taken care of for my home loan. There were 4 "visible" people working here and I'm literally the only customer - but I was asked to wait 15-20 minutes because they were busy. What a joke. I already waited 5 minutes to talk to someone when I walked in... because they were having personal conversations. This is exactly why I chose not to bank here... unfortunately my home loan was sold to chase back in 2011. Looks like it's time to refi. Terrible customer service!

My husband and I HAD an account here, solely because we had an auto loan here. The auto loan wasn't so bad really, but it was the people when we went to close the account. You see, it was never disclosed that we were going to actually be charged for the account if we didn't have direct deposit. Now, please understand this. We both have US bank, and USAA, so why do we REALLY need to continue with Chase? Well, we told them that, and thats when it just went down... Just the attitude changed. Mostly, don't sit there and insult other banks just because we don't want to use YOUR bank. That is most unprofessional. So, now, even if I were in the market to open another account, I can't imagine going back to them knowing thats how they behave.

If it was not for the pure convenience of this location, I would not come here, at least not inside. I recently closed an account and came in to check the status while doing a deposit. I discovered that Chase continued to automatically pull money from the closed account to pay an automatic bill DAYS AFTER it was closed. Now I have a pending overdraft fee that needs to be addressed. After pointing this mistake out to the bank manager Tom D., he would not fix the bank error and told me to wait and check online later. Am I really talking to someone with poop for brains? What the heck, I came in here to cut the issue off at the past and he tells me to go home and check online? So what about the fee if this transaction goes through, will you reverse the impending charge due to YOUR BANK ERROR? He said no and that if I needed to get the fee reversed, I will have to call the other state where I opened the account. I stopped myself before going off on this idiot and proceeded to a teller instead. Within five minutes, she made a call on my behalf and took care of the situation in short order. I am not sure where they hire these unprofessional, nincompoop managers who evidently pull answers out of their asses. Unbelievable!
