I came by this branch without notice to open an account and a line of credit. I was immediately greeted and assisted by an advisor, Carrie Johnson. She was extremely warm and immediately greeted me with a smile. She was able to squeeze me in between her appointments on short notice as she had a last minute cancelation and was very gracious with the sudden drip-in. She took her time explaining all of the necessary steps to opening an account, the various options for credit that would work best for my circumstance, and any potential offers/special promotions. She also took time to help me login to the mobile app, and provided me financial advise by explaining to me how my credit score can be improved. She was professional throughout, and I'm so grateful to her for her help! She also offered to provide me with guidance and assistance finding a banker once I made my move down to CA. She really made my experience at Chase Bank exceptional, and I look forward to continuing my banking with this institution.

Today, I had the pleasure of visiting my local Chase branch to open a business checking and savings account, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. I walked in with the check from my grandmother's life insurance after she passed away, and they refused to open a bank account for me. They didn't know I had that much money on me. They turned me away, and told me no go open a bank count online, I was the only customer in the store at that time in there were 5 employees not doing anything. I had to contact head of chase bank management. The indian lady at the front hung the phone up on me being rude and stupid. I will be filing a lawsuit Because they discriminated against me. Hung up on me, and refused to let me open an account. The management of Chase bank wanted me to walk back in directly and open a bank account.I told them with such a bad experience. I will take my large inheritance elsewhere. Yal played with the wrong person, and fumbled the bag.

I came in a couple days ago after waiting 8 minutes for someone to greet me for some assistance in my account. They were short staffed.The lady refused to help me and refused to explain to me further on what I was confused about. She treated me very wrong, talked me to me with aggression, and was very standoffish. I don't feel comfortable at this bank. Older lady named Carrie Johnson shouldn't be working for this chase. Never coming back, and she needs to learn how to treat people because I'm very upset with my experience. The sarcasm/rudeness is not necessary for these customers. I closed my account with Chase and won't be coming back, I highly suggest going to Bank of America.

I went into the bank with cash wanting to open an account for my daughter and ask about other products with the private banker. One of the ladies walking by frantically said "you got to go check in at the desk". I went to the desk and after a 5 min speal about doing it online and if it doesn't work make an appointment. Mind you there was 4 people in the cubicles 2 people in the 2 offices on the left and 2 people behind the counter. They will not be getting my money and business I will also advise my family to remove their accounts. BECU with my other 2 checking accounts will be where I'll open my daughters account.

Hey, dont know if y'all monitor this but on 4/6/23 someone used this ATM to fraudulently withdraw (and attempt to, but my bank blocked it) hundreds of dollars from my checking account. Ew.Also in case it happened to other people who knows.I'm in FL. Never been to Washington.

Worst experience ever at a bank was told I could t cash a check that was drawn from their bank. Assistant manager next to the teller wouldn’t even try to offer assistance. Rude and lack of customer service.

I scheduled a meeting online over a week in advance and it randomly assigned me to a banker. When I get to the bank, a teller tells me the banker I was assigned to has not even been in the branch for weeks and there was nobody else there that could open a joint checking account. Thank you for wasting my time.
