My ID was lost, thus my account was compromised, what I find so surprising is how your tellers just hand out money outta my at the counter w/ little id verification, just because my ID wa presented by a supposed account holder....to reverse the transaction, filing fraud...so disappointing.

The security guard is friendlier and has more personality than the bankers and tellers. It's a bit sad when most of the staff seems asleep and doesn't even greet you when you walk up to them.

SCAM ALERT!! This bank scammed my elderly parents for $12000.00 and all they have to say is you didn't catch it within 30 days... Are you kidding me my father has dementia and you expected him to catch it within 30 days. I filed dispute after dispute in all Chase Bank will do is nothing I'm going to find a way to get their money back but don't ever go here they do not care who you are about your money they're both liars and thieves.

They said they were open and a lot of people drove a long time to get there and they were actually closed. Maybe they should be on top of this.

This 1 star review is for my business account. I went to the location last week and they told me I have to make an appointment to see a Relationship Banker or Manager. There was still 1 hour left before the bank closed and there was a person in a cubicle who is the Relationship banker. I was told he had no time. I came back next day to see a banker and I was seen by the Relationship Manager Mohini who said she managed 2 locations. I had to make a appointment with her for next week which is today during. y lunch break 12-1p. When I showed up at 12ish, she said my appointment was at 9am. I never make an appointment that early. If it was at 9am, she did not even bother to call me. All my info is there and last week I was trying to give her my card and she said she didn’t need it. I’m just saying this. Chase in Renton on 4th street cannot provide business accounts a great customer service. I will be looking for a different bank that is more friendlier than this Chase location.

I met with Alex/Alejandro to take care of a hold that I had on my account that I've been dealing with for about a week now. I tried to call the 1-800 number that the app gave me multiple times but they were no help at all. But when I came into this actual branch, he patiently sat with me for over an hour trying to resolve the issue, even working through his lunch break. Walked me through every step of what would normally be a very stressful experience. One of the nicest employees I've ever spoken to at Chase. I wish the call center was this helpful as well.

Useless. The reps barely speak English signed up for an account that changed Monthly fees. Go somewhere else like a credit union. Same services for zero cost.

I'm done. Have had a Chase account since back in the WaMu days 25+ years ago. The 24 hr ATM at this branch disappeared over a year ago. I was told another was coming but was delayed due to Covid. Hmmm...it's been over a year. I don't get the impression they plan on replacing the ATM. And forgive me for being blunt, but the point of a bloody ATM is so that I don't have to restrict my banking to bank hours. The ATM in the lobby is useless to me. The 24/7 BECU machines about 200 steps away are fabulous. Goodbye.

Totally poor customer service. Attempting to cash a Treasury Savings bond which was specifically payable on death of my grandmother, Chase by policy refuses to process despite my having a death certificate and all other documentation in hand. So I’m forced to mail the bond and accompanying form to the Treasury directly, yet because of the bond amount, the form required notary. So I return to Chase to be met with total impatience and dismissiveness for a simple procedure that I shouldn’t have had to do in the first place. It’s stated all over the Treasury website that any local institution should be able to cash this type of bond. After all the few security issues I’ve had with my accounts this makes me think about switching banks.
