In this place, ATMs have not been working for the second month (they do not accept payments by credit cards), I stop by every time in the hope that they have been replaced, but everything is useless.

Bad customer service. The guy just talks over you and dismisses you and your situation. I have a direct deposit in limbo and he refused to help. Thanks! Good thing I also have a credit union account that pays back interest. Only used this account for debit perks I can live without. Bye! Was here on Friday 9/8/23 at 11:20am.

Wanted to withdraw $ as quarters to do laundry. System was down so no quarters for me. 2 stars for the nice security guard.

Great bank so far fees are lower than my other bank and I was able to do it all online without wasting any of my time thank you Chase Bank for making banking a pleasure it is more service oriented instead of bank oriented plus they got the coolest nails out front

Worst bank ever. Lazy incompetent staff. Ever try calling them, and it's 5 minutes to navigate their damned menu, and then NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE. Went to the bank, parked in the parking lot, called, watched the staff there talking amongst themselves IGNORE THE CALL. So they are going to loose my entire family's business, personal, and business accounts.

I've gone to multiple locations, this being one of, em to open a new acct. Each location never have bankers available! I've never in my 49 years of life, have ever had to beg some one to open an acct for me. This is ridiculous! I've been to the Tukwila location multiple times as well. I'm going to seek out another bank to do business with.

I came to deposit a check and Hanh was very helpful when I ended up needing to reset my debit card PIN as well. She gave me some helpful tips regarding the Chase app.
