Horrible pawn shop. I have never had so much trouble trying to pawn something then with this store. They said they couldn't pawn a guitar because it had no serial number, yet more then half the ones they had on the wall had no serial number. Ok, so they're profiling! They said no to brand new glass tupperware because i had no reciept when it was a gift and in perfect condition, never used. They didn't even want to look at a designer hand bag that i bought in France so don't even try bringing those in people. I doubt the stuff in the store had receipts when they bought them. I will certainly recommend people take their business elsewhere!

This place is full of scammers, they told my mom to purchase warranty with the ring she purchased in case she wanted to return it. When we tried to return it, one of the guys said they didn’t have the cash to refund and to come back tomorrow. My mom came back that following day only to find these sleazy people telling her that she changed the diamond and they wouldn’t refund her. These soulless people have no morals. If you buy from here prepared to be scammed.

I came in with my mom on Oct 12, 2023 around 5:30pm and I talked to a blonde long hair sale rep he was very nice and offered to buy my MacBook Air 2023 for $500 I didn’t make the sale but he was friendly and nice. I am very happy with the customer service that I received at this shop.i just only wish that their other locations were as nice. I went to the other cash pawn on Sunset in Renton, WA and they told me my MacBook Air 2023 was only worth $300

The pawn shop has inconsistent pricing on the items they purchase. I sold dvds on Monday for a buck and was told to bring in the others I had in storage and they would purchase them from me as well. I dug a box out of storage and brought them in. Now I'll only get a dime. What? Tell me one thing yet unwilling to honor the offer they made. Called bait and switch. Terrible customer service/business tactic in my opinion. They have got thousands of dollars.from me over the years in value of unredeemed treasures of mine unfortunately for me. Being the same Corp has almost A monopoly of local pawn stores now customers have little choice either take it or leave it. I doubt I'll go out of my way to do business at this location again. Never should customer service treat customers like they did me. Feel like they exploit the down trodden and employees revel in their imagined superiority.

Honestly before coming to a place I do a bit of research from others people review to see if they are the same or they're doing better and well in this place was different from other due to 4 las reviews before me saw a good reviews and the most important is that customer service was great ? like ((Suzie)) was the perfect person to show what old reviews said. Nice customer service and great on helping me what i needed ? thanks for your help and for giving us that great customer service

Great pawn shop, Jeff, Jackson and Amy were super nice and Tom the manager was also pretty cool. Since coming here I don't need to go anywhere else.

Bought this BB gun and sold my Xbox one and Games with my gold chain necklace they gave me $200 not worth it. Then they called the police on me for stealing and trespassing. I don’t even live here I’m from out of state just visiting. How am I going to steal when it’s mine?

I always come here because the staff are truly some wonderful human beings who are understanding, helpful, and treat you as if your truly a friend . Jackson,Jeff,Amy, Maria truly reflect great management from tom. They always make sure I get the best deal possible and they always try and help me with what I need they have saved me a couple times. If you are going to go to cash America store 2993 is the best store to go to , they will try and give you the best deal possible with the best customer service possible

I was a secret shopper and I bought a game consol here they had it for a good price and they even gave me a deal on some games. The people that helped me are Amy and Jackson thumbs up from me excellent sevice and good business. Just like the terminator...I'll be back.

couple people there have absolutely terrible attitudes and need to be schooled on public relations. The place needs a makeover, there's only a couple people in that store that are worth dealing with. Terrible attitudes!!!!!!!!
