“G and g did a great job on my car detailing! I had lots of stains, dog hair, and general wear and dirt and they gave it back looking like a brand new car! Even the door hinges open easier now. It is not cheap and is an investment but incredibly worth it especially if you have kiddos.”

“I recently took and my 2014 Koenigsegg Agera r for a full exterior and interior detail and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work these guys have done! Akhil was an absolute pleasure, the shop had good music and cold beverages while I waited for my detail. Wingman Goose aka (Rudy) did an excellent job cleaning my car to the point you’d think it was brand new! All in all I’ve very satisfied with my experience at Rosso and will definitely by coming back!”

“Vacuums were easy to use, with long hoses, but you have to pay more for extra suction, and the high suction setting still didn’t get pet hair out very well. Did great on the dirt and debris that naturally builds up on the floors, so that was great. For ease of use, definitely would go back, but for my short haired dog who leaves hairy puppies everywhere, it might need a professional carpet clean. They provide drying cloths and spray bottles for the doorjams and interior as well. That was convenient. Didn’t use the exterior car wash, but it saw a steady stream of people while I was there.”

“It was a bit out of the way from where we are staying.And as anyone knows there is no straight way to get anywhere in Seattle.A short 10 mile drive takes you 40 minutes.We were pleased when we got there though.Our car was filthy and after going through the wash it looked great. Even got the tailgate of our SUV clean. Most places don't get that area very good at all.”

“I own a car rental business and wash about 10-15 cars a day between 3 Brown Bear locations. This location is my absolute favorite location. All of the employees are super helpful and always have smile on their faces. There are plenty of vacuum machines to choose from. Inside of the store is very clean and is fully stocked at all times. The management in this location is on top of it and it shows. I recommend this location Brown Bear to everyone!”
