Horrible service, no communication or updates on vehicle. Had my vehicle sit there for a long time and got nothing done. Repairs weren't done, nothing was fixed even after payment. Car looks worse than when I dropped it off.

Martin and Car Pros Renton was very helpful, and tried his best with the circumstances. I came in very distraught after I just got a car from them 3 weeks ago, and my engine light came on just weeks after. He was very patient and kind, and understood my frustration, and did his best.
