I attempted to buy a car from this dealer online. We agreed to the deal over the phone and text with the salesperson and manager which should be very common for a dealership with a dedicated 'shop from home' site. The salesperson said they were placing the car in 'sold' status and I notified them I bought the plane ticket to fly out the next morning to sign papers and take delivery. The salesperson texted me later that afternoon to say they intended to sell the car out from under me to "an employee". Maybe the employee exists, who knows but pulling agreed-on deals out from under customers for inside employees should never happen. Maybe they are different in person but if you are shopping online, keep searching and your spend money elsewhere.

Shelley at Car Pros of Renton was absolutely outstanding in her customer service! It was actually a joy doing business with her and the dealership. As an older couple who know a great deal (literally and figuratively) about car deals, we got a really good deal on my 2025 Kona Limited. We are repeat customers at Car pros, but Shelley Ruiz assisted us where we really lack as an older couple: all the technology both in the car, the set-up with the phones, even assisting us and patiently showing us how to do things for both the purchase process and with the car pairing! Not only did we get a great deal on the vehicle but we had a friendly helper setting things up and assisting us when we were unable to figure out what we needed to get on our own phones. Very friendly, non pushy sales associates- German was the best! We had a fast turnaround time from beginning of my visit to driving away with my new car, and the car was in mint condition. Loving my new Hyundai Elantra!

Just stopped by looking to purchase a car. My sales associate Diego was such a pleasure to work with. He had a very polite smile and demeanor! When I walked in he was the last person I would have walked past because he was sitting at the reception desk and was ok the phone but he was the first person to greet me. He even acknowledged me while he was on the phone so I wasnt sitting there awkwardly waiting for someone to notice me standing waiting to be helped. If you are looking for a nice car sales associate who will employ reasonable sales tactics to assume the sale without making you feel aggressively coerced into a bad deal, go se Diego! Mayra greeted me as soon as I walked in to make an appointment for new tires. She was so helpful and great to work with throughout the whole process. I would come back solely because of her! Thank you Mayra for your help and excellent customer service!

Wanted to buy out my lease but I needed Hyundai to verify my odometer reading and sign off on it. No one at the dealership would help me. They said they didn't want to be responsible. Idiotic. I went to the Kirkland dealership and they helped me instantly.

A little over one month since we bought our 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. We are in love with the car! It is very comfortable, efficient, and good looking! We had the pleasure of working with Tomy at the dealership! He is professional, knowledgeable, and an all around amazing human being. He took care of us with 5-star service from start to finish. Was shopping around for EVs based on the WA State incentive. I had to trade in a prior lease with negative equity. Tomy and Diego helped me and gave me very good trade value. Very helpful staff and did not get any push from Tomy. He was an advocate rather than an adversary, such as other pushy car salesmen.

My husband and I stopped by late on a Sunday. The salesman stayed with us to show us the car we wanted. We then wanted to o make the purchase and the whole team stayed to help us.

Outstanding dealership. Tony was our salesman and was actually off of work on his way home. He stopped to help and has the exact car we were looking for.
He stayed with us and work the sale for us for another 2 hours.
The whole team is friendly and respectful.
Will buy from them again and recommend all of my friends.

I visited Car Pros Renton Hyundai back in June and had the pleasure of working with Rafael while exploring the Santa Fe and Palisade models. Although I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle during that visit, I was incredibly impressed by the level of service and attention he provided.

I would recommend anyone interested in looking at cars who wants a calm, kind, helpful person to watch out for you to contact AP. I met AP at CarPros in Renton. AP is very helpful and interesting. He seems like a tech genius when it comes to the cars...understanding all the car systems...most importantly, he's really humble, and I felt he was very trustworthy and watching out for me. Not the best dealer to go to if you’re planning to get a lease, the manager wasn’t able to meet us at where we were comfortable for a monthly payment at how much we were willing to put as a down payment. I ended up getting an ioniq 5 lease at another dealership after walking away from this one.
