Got my 30k service done here. Drove all the way from Gig Harbor based on positive reviews. Worked with Tricia whom was extremely efficient and friendly. I was in and out with little headache. Car was clean and all services performed as expected. Great service department!

Had a great experience with Terrance! He was very eager to work with me, and made the experience very painless and worked with me to close the deal on a number which worked with me. Highly recommend working with him.
Additionally, the team at Brotherton Cadillac was great, and there was no "dealing with the intimidating manager" throughout the whole process, which many other dealers tend to employ. I dealt with Terrance the whole time. There was also no upsell with finance/back of house.

My husband and I were on the market for purchasing a family SUV and we are so so grateful for Jason Liu. We went online and found the Yukon of our dreams and called Brotherton right away. Once we went out to view the car, Jason insisted to open the trunk and there was a box of diapers ready to go for us. Jason is not only thoughtful, but he is a very honest guy. Brotherton Buick had the car I had been searching everywhere for! Buick Envista Sport Touring (fully loaded) and David Holt was such a pleasure to work with.
