I highly recommend the cell phone solution. I purchased an iMac for my office, and it was in excellent condition, upgraded to the latest version, and had all the features I needed. The owner, whose name I unfortunately forgot, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They assisted me in selecting the perfect computer for my requirements, preventing me from overspending on unnecessary features and saving me money. Best shop for Apple Products.. !!

What a great repair service ! Quick, expert and professional. The owner, An, is knowledgeable and straightforward. This hidden gem is now my go-to repair shop for electronics. My older Samsung cellphone was fixed quickly and competently, and for the quoted (very fair) price. Best customer service experience in a long long time. Highly recommend this business!

HONEST, NICE, HAPPY AND GOOD PLACE !! ??☎️?Went here to buy a used phone walked away with #1 for $100. He said his wife made a mistake and she wrote 100 instead of 120 and he’s giving us a good deal. She was happy with the phone. The price was really good. Phone worked great, I believe the guys name was DA I will also be going back to get my phone screen replaced for $100 all around. We were really happy with what we got there. He’s a very honest guy told us what would work what wouldn’t work and I am satisfied.

I really like the owner An, at this shop. He gives you a lot of information on your electronics and is very fair with pricing. All of his pricing is given to you upfront and listed inside the shop so you know what you are getting. He is also very fast at repairing screens, and does an excellent job. My items are always repaired faster than quoted. The shop even takes electronics that are old and recycles them for you for free. I trust this owner and I've gone to him three times already for my electronic repair needs. He repairs screens on computers, iPads, and phones, and unlocks computers and laptops. Definitely recommended, even though the building is a little sketchy, it's definitely worth the trek to downtown Renton.

My go to for all of my cell phone and computer repair needs. I have bought several iPhones from him and his wife. He usually can repair a fixed a broken screen within an hour for $100. He’s got cell phones for $100 and up including cases laptops. He’s got a great customer service very personable and great prices. Great value for your money highly recommend.
