The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The vet tech cared about getting to know Nugget's personality and habits outside of the care she was there to start. Dr. Devine was well prepared and informed about Nugget's records, the likely diagnosis options and what the plan was that she wanted to move forward with. I felt reassured that they would be taking good care of Nugget which is good since they will likely be part of her care team for the long term since constipation issues tend to be something that needs life long monitoring.

We recently were referred to Blue Pearl from our Vet after our dogs cancer diagnosis. Dr. Linde was amazing, he was calm and told us our options and answered all the questions we had at the time. Everybody at Blue Pearl were kind and thoughtful.

We had to take our Simba to Blue Pearl for urgent care due to toxicity, and the staff was so kind and welcoming. We were scared and unsure, but the doctor explained everything clearly, helping us understand the process. The front office staff was also very helpful, guiding us through insurance options. The next day, they sent us pictures and updates on Simba’s condition. A special thanks to Robyn and Lexi for keeping us informed and showing such care. I’m so thankful they treated Simba like their own and gave him the best care possible.

We unfortunately had to bring our girl Lily in to be put down. She had a brain tumor and when her condition rapidly declined and our regular vet couldn't see us they recommended BluePearl. We were greated immediately and everyone we talked to treated us with such kindness and understanding during such a hard time for us. The vets we talked to made us seem very welcome and as if they had treated Lily for years. Highly recommend.

We brought our beloved family dog in for evaluation as he ate something he shouldn’t have, I feared for a blockage. They were not only knowledgeable, but treated our boy with respect as well as cared for us!! I will go to them for any one of our 3 dogs!! Thank you !

When our cat was hurt in an accident, the staff at Blue Pearl have been amazing! The whole team has been incredibly kind, responsive, knowledgeable, and expedient. I can’t thank this care team of Dr. Reist, Gary, Alexis, and front office staff enough!

Our 2 year old kitty, Oliver, was rushed to Blue Pearl with a life-threatening condition and spent 9 days with them for monitoring, procedures and surgery. As difficult as this has been for us, we saw the team at Blue Pearl go continuously above and beyond with his care and with us. They take the time to help you understand what’s happening, what the options are, and even provided frequent updates on Oliver’s status. It’s obvious how much they care for their patients. Thank you for everything!

Very helpful over the phone helping me relax my anxiety . I asked a lot of questions and they answered them all and was very patient and wasn’t quick to try and make me pay . I called another vet before this and they were talking about a 1 thousand dollar x-ray instead of at least giving me advice

I wouldn't recommend this location. I waiting 2.5 hours to be passed over 5 times by other none urgent patients while my dog had an infected and oosing open wound only to be told I would have to wait hours longer. This is the second time they did this to me and I won't go back. I am a very patient person but this was ridiculous. I feel something unethical going on here so I left to go elsewhere. The people seem nice but do not prioritize fairly. I had a great experience at the location in Lake Wood many times but it so much further to drive.

Everyone there truly cares about you and your pet. Due to financial constraints, my dog’s time was nearly up. They proactively sought out for, and helped set up, every possible option they could to help my family, whether they would benefit from it or not. Very professional while caring and understanding. Front staff would continuously communicate with each other to achieve a full understanding of patient needs and timelines. The doctors sincerely care about you and your family. I could not recommend them more.

Wow what an amazing experience! We needed an emergency surgery for a broken radius and ulna for my 2.5 year old Pomeranian. They not only accommodated our last minute needs, they also provided us with quality and personalized customer service, and the most affordable estimate plus even a refund post surgery. He was in loving and professional hands.
