This is a nice Big Lots. It was my first visit to this location and I was really happy when I walked in and the store was organized and the atmosphere was peaceful and happy. To me that goes a long way these days in a good shopping experience. I found everything I needed plus a few good surprise brands. Checking out was a little slow but it is the holiday season and the cashier was very bright, positive and apologized for the short wait time. If you were to pick from the Big Lots in the area this would be my first choice.

Extra long checkout lines, I even tried to order online and picking it up but I still had to go inside and wait in line. The sales and prices are good so I keep coming back.

I usually stop by this store with happy and comfortable. ( Those guys previous services were so nice and smart services , whom I did not see today)But today so disappointed. 3 mistakes on one receipt with 3 people keep continue with the charge 557.67$ instead of only 58.11$. When I have question the lady name june (I see name on her tag by writing) so mean without take a look that is the right price. I told her on the tag just 24.99$, she try to force me for accepting the price 499.80$. I am very upset because first , she charged me 30 bottles water, I told her that I bought 20, she argued 30 for sure then the other lady came and said copy her without knowing what is it” She said 30”. I am upset because too much different between 20 and 30. And both of them keep saying 30. Then later charged the other pillow chair bean 499.80$ Instead of on the tags only 24.99$. Where is the price come from??? After these, I thought they are on purpose and without say sorry but say something else not acceptable. They are not good service and not show up ready to help customers for their questions, just force them accept their services mistakes without say sorry and take a look their mistake but also argue to customers. Or they are not know well the mathematic and computer???I would like manager have questions review their service.

Customer Service was Horrible. Wasn't greeted upon entry. When I asked where a product was they looked at me like I was crazy and pointed saying it's in the corner. When I went to look, nothing.I noticed Carter, a cashier, was stocking when I was looking and then he was the cashier upon me leaving. Where the other employees went who knows.???Never again!!!

I was very disappointed I was told told they had an item in stock then was told they didn’t. Then was told we would get a 15 percent off and didn’t receive it.

I thought some of the furniture was a bit pricey. However, it looked nice, and some of the pieces even looked sturdy enough. The layout was pretty organized. It look like they were in the middle of resupply as some of the shelves were empty. I'll be back for a few more items I saw for my kitchen, though.

messy store, didn't have any of the groceries advertised on their site. The cashier asked me how I was, "Fine, how are you?" she replied , "I'm hungry and I don't have any money for food." Gee, sounded like a panhandler .She was on the phone during my entire checkout. Will not be going back to that Big Lots.
