B went above and beyond to assist me in understanding how to improve my credit score and provided valuable insights on obtaining personal and student loans. B's openness and clarity in explaining various banking services were truly commendable. It's rare to encounter such a knowledgeable and helpful bank manager. I've been coming to this because for about 3 yrs All the staff that I've dealt with are very knowledgeable and nice. Today we went in there to help my husband get into his acct. We were helped by Julie. He was kind and very knowledgable. His sense of humor was great and and laughed at our dumb jokes. Most of all he was very patient with us.

My Teller became easily frustrated and rude, disingenuous disengaged. That was my second time in this branch. It’s pretty hard to get services from your bank and to get treated like a human from this particular branch.

I went there today to open up a saving account for my son and sat in waiting area. It was taking a while as 3 tellers were still busy with customers which I didn't have a problem with. What I had a problem with was a manager or whoever she was walking around walked up and helped a new customer that came in way after me to see if he needed help. Then when she walked right past me. And once again helped another new customer that came in to help him. At that point, I've had it and walked out as I didn't want to make a scene. Never coming here again.

I went in to get an address change and a new credit card sent to my new address. The process took a long time anyways and I could tell something was wrong as she needed someone else to come look at my information. After ensuring me my new credit card will go to my new address…it didn’t. After two weeks of waiting I called BECU and they confirmed it was sent to my old address. Not happy at all with that experience and the fact that I have to wait another 2 weeks to get another one sent is not ideal.
Update 5/31/2022 -
I do have to wait another 2 weeks for my credit card. And by the way the email they tell you to contact in their “candid” response to all these bad reviews…I emailed them and they haven’t replied. Just a way to show they have good customers service when it’s just for show.
