I recently visited Bartells and unfortunately, the service was abysmal. Firstly, the staff completely ignored my presence, even when I was the only customer in sight. When I finally managed to get their attention, they seemed disinterested and were not helpful whatsoever. It was evident that they just didn't care about providing quality service. Overall, my experience left me incredibly dissatisfied and I would not recommend it to anyone, nor will I ever spend money here. I went down the street to Walgreens where I was promptly helped and got what I needed. Avoid at all costs.

Item was priced wrong and a whole column of them were. I wait 15 mins for the manager (Jesse) to get out of the bathroom. He comes to the front while we been waiting and says the items although the same description as the price were put in the wrong spot and won’t honor the price! 1st off Federal law states you must and it was 6.00 difference and I was only buying one. 2nd what type of customer service is that when you are in the bathroom and know other supervisors or managers are there for a price override! We took the 100.00 of items we would have bought and left and went to Walgreens! Don’t bother with this store they don’t care and don’t have good customer service

I adore this Bartells as they have the BEST staff! They are super helpful! Today I had to do an insurance change on my daughter's med - and the pharmacist Liana stopped what she was doing to process the new medication and get it covered. The front desk gal is so sweet and kind too. I love their texting service as they text when med is ready - so no wait. But on top of it all - friendly staff! ONLY pharmacy I will ever go to - even if I move. Thank you!!!

I think the world of Liana who has a the pharmacy manager, Andre who is pharmacy technician , as well wa Alina Isaiah they are such hard working people, always so nice and helpful.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had at a pharmacy, especially from Liana. Not very knowledgeable and very lazy. They didn’t seem to want my business.

The staff at this pharmacy/store are clearly suffering from compassion fatigue/burnout; as a result, they are dismissive, unfriendly, unhelpful, and discriminatory. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Isaiah at the pharmacy who has previously treated my sister terribly (told her he didn't have her insurance on file, that she must pay cash, or get out of line). She was not able to get her medication on several occasions. I went to this pharmacy to help my sister obtain her desperately needed medication - she is very ill. He wore a frown or smirk on his face throughout the interaction. As my sister walked toward the pharmacy to join me, a staff woman working at the front register chased her down an aisle asking her if she could help her find something and followed her even after my sister told her she was headed to the pharmacy. Then as we were leaving together, the same woman asked me if everything was okay. I told her, "this is my sister and we're fine". I believe that if you loathe people or your job this much you should probably move on to another profession.

Worst pharmacy to exist. Multiple times have had to wait over 3 hours for a prescription refill. Or the pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone or puts you on hold for over an hour.

This is the worst pharmacy i have ever dealt with. Do not send your prescriptions here. There is a ridiculous lack of communication and absolutely zero sense of urgency. I come here several times a month and there is almost ALWAYS an issue. Either they forget to order my medication that i pick up monthly, or the refill gets "lost" in their system and my doctor has to send it again. This has happened here countless times. My doctors office even suggested that i find a different pharmacy. Do. Not. Come. Here. Save the headache and wasted trips. I have medications that I am required to take DAILY and can't afford to deal with their confusion and lack of competence.

I would have given them -5 start if I could. I have drive 20 minutes and I was here at 5:30 for immunization till the not very nice pharmacist told me that they are closing soon. So why the hell they don't put closing at 5:30 instead of 6.

DO. NOT. GO. HERE. This location constantly has at least a 10 minute wait for prescriptions, and previously did not alert me that my medication requests had not been approved prior to arriving at location. The app is ineffective, and did not show multiple medication requests my doctor submitted. The pharmacy employees on EVERY occasion I have visited over the past few months seem overworked and miserable. AGAIN. DO. NOT. GO. HERE.

One star is too many. On multiple occasions I have been told that my medication hasn't been filled and that it will be filled the next day and when I get there the next day I am then told that it was put away because it hadn't been picked up. MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. It's clear that the people working in the pharmacy don't care. That's a bummer because it would otherwise be a convenient place for me and my family to get out medications. I hope this review helps to inform anyone considering making this place their pharmacy. Don't do it unless you have a high tolerance for ineptitude.
