The most recent issue with this bank tops them all (although not surprising). Filed a fraud claim when I realized after many months (my fault) Amazon was deducting 15.13 monthly for Prime. We were being charged shipping on orders - did not have Prime. Got a letter from the bank, "Good news! Your claim has been resolved in your favor"; and 98.20 was credited to my account. New debit card issued. About a month later, "Sorry - we were mistaken". And the 98.20 was deducted from my account. Any understanding or customer service has disappeared everywhere. Preferable to "eat" the 98.20 than face another battle with a computer robot. Easy to see this bank is going down. So many branches have closed. This branch closed down their drive thru years ago and has one teller, long lines. I'd change banks if we did not have the headache of switching so many monthly automatic credits and deductions. The one star is for the stellar employees here - like Alma and Kevin. The best. Not the employees fault this bank is so horrible.

Think twice before joining Bank of America this is by far the worst bank I have ever had. They won’t even cash a money order if there is no money in your account. The bankers at this location are slow and rood. I can go on and on but you get the idea. The Fairwood branch is by far the worst. Don’t waste your time with these clowns.

This review is to Bank of America in a Whole. I have been a customer for 20-25 years. I have been denied every loan, home loan, credit card, car loan, y ou name it. I have never been approved for anything. Yet.... I have bought 4 homes in 25 years, multiple cars, couple credit cards. Everyone else seems to be good with helping me out. The only thing you did was to help yourself benefit from me. All the charges you took from me in 20-25 years I would love to add up and demand you give it back to me for the waste of time I've spent with you. Thank you for absolutely nothing. Good bye and hello Banner Bank! I'd like to give a tiny pinch of a star but it wouldn't let me.

We went to this bank to replace lost business debit card. They told us that they couldn’t find our signature cards. They said we had to call the number on the card. So we called that number and were told that they had no signature card for us and couldn’t help us. We were advised to go into our bank. We have been with this bank since 1994.

This is the worst branch I've been to. They change hours often and never have enough staff to help in a timely manner. I will probably be moving my accounts to another bank soon

My social security money in my account 008 needs to be transferred today to 149. Carol B Schroeder. I have gone to fraud. That has been over with for many months. I am going to the press today after noon if that money is not transferred!

I was greeted promptly. My issue had to do with service at another branch. The Fairwood branch addressed my issue and the service was beyond my expectations!

It's bad enough that the drive thru has been closed since shutting down for Covid. Not they are cutting their hours back - 10am to 4pm Mon-Fri! How the heck are working people supposed to get any help at the bank when they are only open such short hours! Terrible service.

I came in today Tuesday June 28,22 to cash in a check that I recived from one of my clients , I’m a painter and have my company . As I came in Kamal Gill attended me with a bad attitude discriminating me for my appearance and refusing to cash my check . She laughed at me once I told her I felt discriminación toward me as I’m Hispanic and she said she was Hispanic as well when it was clear she not Hispanic . I will not returning and I hope someone takes action. Once I told her I was going to report it she laughed once more and droped me her card on the table and told me to do so .

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I am not always happy with corporate policies, but that is not the fault of the staff at the local branches, they do the best they can having to work within those parameters. I greatly appreciate the help and courtesy I received. This is why I have stayed with B of A for so long- the people at the local level have generally been great.

A customer asked why there was only one teller for such a busy branch, the manager answered that's what all the banks are moving to. I left after 45 minutes in line without even reaching the counter. Most people don't want to spend 45 minutes in line at a bank. They are probably stopping off on our way home from work or during their lunch hour. They don't have the time and luxury to stand and wait our entire lunch hour. I saw two people leave before I finally gave up.I went to a different branch later and found more than one teller working and the line moved quickly. The management really needs to figure out staffing and better ways to cut costs instead of making their customers so mad they walk out. Not the best way to retain your customers.
