If I could give this spot 0 stars I would. I went in to get an item notarized. Online, the website says all locations provide notary services. However, when I went in I was told they didn't provide the service and to go to another place. It was especially weird because someone came up to me when I was sitting in the foyer and not the 12 people in line. If I weren't the only black person in the space I wouldn't have thought twice about it. I'm not saying they are racist, but it felt like it.

Got a parking ticket while using the ATM.Edit: I should note I was parked in the Bank of America lot and was ticketed by their private lot management company.

Bank closes at 5, arrived at 4:58 and wasn’t let in. Way to treat a 20+ year personal and business customer. Will be closing everything I have.

This place is terrible! (I could give it 0 stars if it was available). Went there today (in my wheelchair!) to check my account. Decided to close my account because they harassed my representative and me. Now my account is frozen for a week to 10 days! I can't do anything with it! Not a thing!

By far the worst bank I have ever had to use ..... There is always a line the customer service is by far the most horrible and horrendous attempt at calling it service the manager did not even bother to come help when it came to a power of attorney case of course we had proper documents we had everything we needed except the banks cooperation Armando was not very helpful for being a manager ....please try to listen to your costumers as they are asking questions... If it was me I would avoid this bank and it's manager all together....plus please close or remodel ...yikes .... incredibly disgruntled ...apologies ...
