The Perfection is great for college, but the Lexum is one of the nicest volleyballs I have used. It's a good combination of sturdiness and tackiness (especially good for younger players learning to set). Very happy with the Lexum. Please, more color options!

The soccer ball was defective. The hole for the pump did not align so it was impossible to pump the ball. We contacted the seller asking to fix the ball or replace it. However, they were not able to process the claim because my son received the ball as a present, and we didn’t have a receipt. The quality of the ball is as good as the quality of the customer service.

I ordered a ball to behave my daughter’s name on it. I was notified a few days later after paying that the color was out of stock. I emailed and was told to lick a different color. I did. I just received her balk and her name was not on it!

This is the worst company ever!!! I have left three messages with the "successful customer service" with no return phone call. I then tried other numbers on the directory, such as marketing (whose voicemail was full so you could not even leave a message) and accounting, who also wanted me to leave a message. There is no way to talk to these people. Never will order anything from this company because there is no customer support to assist.

Excellent customer service and backing of their product. I purchased a Bocce set from an online seller and the carry case was defective. Baden responded immediately to my request for replacement. The communication with customer service was terrific and a new case was delivered to my door in a week. The Bocce balls are of excellent quality as well.

We ordered a personalized basketball for our son and while it arrived in a decent amount of time, they spelled his name wrong on the ball! I called and sent emails and then called again and finally got someone who made a few statements like, "mistakes happen". True, but not a good business philosophy. I stated several times that I needed the ball by 12/23, and she said it shouldn't be a problem and would email me when it shipped. That was 12/21, and at EOB on 12/22, it still has not shipped. Mistakes can be made, but it really is the attempt at service recovery that counts.

Unbelievable customer service. I received a set of bocce balls over a decade ago and they have endured all sorts of wear & tear. We were playing across a creek one day and one of our tosses fell short and the ball shattered on a boulder in the middle of the creek. Well, we played on, just using 6 balls for another 5 years or so. I finally decide to email this company to see if I could buy just one replacement ball from them, rather than buying a whole new set, and they offered to mail me a replacement ball for free ... a DECADE after the initial purchase. I don't write reviews often. These folks earned one.

Originally was very upset with return policy. Called and emailed with concerns about quality of product and return policy. Am pleased to report that this company listened to me, and did their best to make it right. Excellent customer service. Would recommend to everyone.

ordered 2 balls at 54.99 personilzed for my nephew and son. error when printed both kids name on both balls. They would not take back since personlized and said only option was to purchase 2 more balls and they will write there names in them so 119.00 plus another 60.00 for new ones. no way. Merry xmas
