I have been absolutely blown away by Kirk’s willingness to support and back up his work by helping me troubleshoot gremlins with my van over the phone. I have never known a shop to stand by their work so fiercely and I can’t recommend NW enough because of it.”

“I needed to replace batteries for my remote key fob for my car. (Only need to change batteries every 18-24 months) dont need to do this often.
So I Popped into Autozone in Renton for help with opening up the key fob and to replace the battery. Some places refused to help due to the value of the car but Terrence from Renton, was willing to trouble sleuth the issue. He took his time and even googled how to open the fob up. Him and his staff were super personable and helpful with this sticky situation but I’m grateful for diving in and helping out.. in and out in 10 minutes.”

“I bought a Kia seltos brand new from this location. That process was great! I brought it for its first oil change. They told me they updated the software. After that appointment my alarm went off when I used the remote start. I called them they told me they would fix it if I bring it back. I brought it back when I was due for another oil change. They told me they would fix the alarm issue and they did! It works now! But now after this appointment my tire air pressure system is not working anymore. They told me to drive it around and it will start working again. It did not change. It still beeps at me every time I start the car. Also the ambient light sensor does not work now. The lights do not dim on the dash when it's dark out. The headlights don't come on automatically. And the lane keeping assist does not work anymore.I dropped my car back off to have it repaired. They updated the systems and everything works great. They had a great attitude during the process. I appreciate all the work they did to get me back on the road. They even supplied an Uber. If you do decide to drop off a car with them make sure you get contact info from someone because their phone system makes it hard to communicate.”
“I have to admit that I was shocked at the attentiveness of the two young employees when I walked in. I was greeted and promptly asked what I needed and if they could help me find it. I was there to buy 2 mobile device holders and was directed to the shelf. 1 of the two holders didn't work well in my car so I returned it in exchange for another. The purchase, return and exchange was efficient and professional. I was pleasantly surprised from start to finish so I had to make a review . Great job guys, I don't see that often these days.”
