Rude on the phone while requesting automotive services, I stated my question clearly and repeated myself. It comes to a point as a business that serves people should know people skills, it’s sad in this day and age that people that run businesses and deal with people on a day to day lack the common language and skills to carry a simple conversation. The only reason I expressed my experience because I’ve never had someone speak so rudely to me, especially when I’m looking to pay for a service. My advice is speak to others as you would like to be spoken to because your first impression wasn’t displaying professionalism. So I hope in the future you learn that your tone and language is important because I have a strong feeling you wouldn’t have spoken to a man as you chose to speak to me.

People who come in and out of there drive wrecklessly. I have encountered a black suburban looking vehicle going into there multiple times cutting up people or driving wreckless in general.

I have been a loyal customer of APEX car service for the past 5-7 years. I have always been satisfied with the quality of service provided by the knowledgeable mechanics. I have never had to return to the service center to redo any work, as the mechanics take care of the issue in the first place. Despite being busy, they always find time to accommodate urgent requests. While some people may find the service to be more expensive than other mom and pop service locations, I am willing to pay for the quality of service and excellent repairs that I receive. I highly recommend APEX car service to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality car service. Thank you, Gagik, for your exceptional service.

Aaron at the front desk was very nice and they took good care of my care. The staff was great. Besides that, I had my car towed there so I didn't really have an option to go elsewhere. They charged me $500 for a new battery. Insanity that you would charge someone so much for a battery. I had no other option because I already had to tow my car there and I needed it repaired asap. Great service, but last place I'd go to get any bang for your buck.

My car suddenly wouldn't turn on after stopping for gas. This was the only place I found that might be open by the time my tow came. And I am so glad I came here! They were great, friendly, respectful, diagnosed my car quickly, and had my car fixed the following evening.My bill was also reasonable and the same amount I was quoted when I dropped the car off. All around a great service, I will be coming back for any future car needs. If you need even further endorsement: I told my dad everything about the experience, the issue, and the cost. He told me to add this shop to my speedial, this shop is protective father approved!

Gary is great. He's the kind of mechanic that will patiently describe exactly what is broken and how he will fix it in a way that the layman can understand. He's never tried to sell me anything beyond what needs to be done. Since it's a small shop, he's also clear and flexible with appointments.

Just took my car in yesterday and got a call from them today with an update and status. They went through everything wrong with my car and even mentioned things that were simple fixes because of my previous mechanics shoddy work. I’ve been pretty happy with the level of service. I was even told the car would be ready for pick up today even though I won’t need it until Thursday. He did say there were some parts he needed to order and that they would take a week so I’ll be taking it back there once the parts are in but I’m glad they were able to let me drive again while they waited for those parts. That last mechanic had my car for almost 6 months and I’m really happy with how everything has been so far with these guys. Gary is a great guy! I’ll update my review after I pick up my car…might even post some photos. Thanks again Gary see you on Thursday.

Apex did a great job for me. I'm a mechanic myself and do most all my own work. But I needed to remove and install new rear wheel bearing assemblies and seals on my Lexus GX460. This requires a special hydraulic press setup that I don't have. I brought my axles to the guys at Apex and they installed new bearings and seals and a few other parts I didn't think of. The job turned out great and I'd do business with them again.Update:It's been six months now and no issues from the work over thousands of miles traveled on the repairs. Apex really knows what they're doing but then I knew that almost immediately. They showed me respect as a guy bringing axles into them for something specific. They treated me like a fellow professional and I appreciate that.
